In SharePoint 2010/2007 there are 3 methods to reference your site structure inside a site collection;

View All Site Content – this area displays the sites created below the current site

Manage Content and Structure – provides an expandable and collapsible folder structure of sites.

Global/Quick links – provides a basic structure for navigation purposes but may not be consistent, sites can be hidden, slow to navigate.



• All methods are not accessible by all users!

• Interfaces are scattered and time consuming to utilize/access

• No interface is a true representation of the site structure/hierarchy individually
