GLOSSARYThese are my words I chose from a book
called Oh Say Can You Say. I chose 5 words. We had to find the meaning of these words … …fare, thimble, shingle, clipper, queasy, flapjack, lull, lisp, mandolin and shack. Out of those words I chose queasy[ sick feeling], flapjack[ a pancake], shingle[ a piece of wood], clipper[ a ship] and mandolin[ instrument ].
Truffula tree
My truffula tree has got feathers, pipes and brown paint. The Lorax country has only one color leaves on each tree. The stalk is yellow and a little bit black.

I found that other had 5 and The Lorax had 4 and the rest had 3.
So the little boy listened to the Once-ler and he planted the truffula seed. The little boy thought to go home to get his mum’s other tree seeds and went back to the stumpy place to plant his truffula tree and his other seeds. He went to ask the Once-ler where he got the seed from. The Once-ler told him he found it at a lake 4 years ago. The boy took good care of all the trees. They were as big as they could be . The Lorax came back and every-one came back and the town became colourful.

My Favourite Dr Seuss Book.
My favourite Dr Seuss book is Green Eggs And Ham because in the start he doesn’t want the green eggs and ham and the end he wants more yummy Green Eggs And Ham. They both go everywhere. I find it really funny.
