European college. Irish college. Anglosaxon college. French college.
European college
Until the last years of the XI century, there weren’t Romanesque Sculpture colleges. They won importance and have been developed in the XII century.
Irish college
This college is developed from the VII century and is characterized by the caligraphic motives that became ornamental motifs in the sculpture.
Anglosaxon college
It has the same characteristics as the Irish college.
French colleges
There were formed during the XII century. In all the colleges, figures of The Virgin with her son on her knees seated in her throne were represented.
