(In Collaboration with Tanner D. Halkyard)
(Museo di Arte Contemporanea e Fashion de Florencia)
The city of Florence has become socially divided and scattered, driving Florentine life outside the historic center to make way for tourist attractions and a completely de-saturat-ed experience of Italian culture. The city struggles to uphold its value as a cultural icon through the additions of a new theatre and high-speed rail station that attempt to bring Florence back into the thriving world of the European Union. MACFlo attempts to connect the different attributes of the city and combine them into what we are calling the Triangle of the Arts. This triangle will virtually connect the art and architecture of three vital areas within the city. It will connect the historic district, and direct area around the Duomo, holding the values of Florentine roots and history, the new Opera House, which incorporates art, music, educa-tion and entertainment in a location where tourists seldom travel, and MACFlo. MACFlo will be comprised of a museum for rising contemporary art and fashion, the headquarters (think tank) for AMOs Florence branch, and a partially risen parkway that not only connects the different nodes of program, but would be used in exhibitions and shows for fashion and contemporary art. MACFlo and the urban triangle combines Europes performing arts, fine arts and fashion into a center that, in junction with Fosters design for a high speed rail station, can rekindle the values of Florentine culture through direct con-tact with the flow of traffic in and out of the city. It can feed off the exhibitions and advertisements for rising and existing art throughout Europe, and through the direct review and selec-tion by the AMO think tank, will be able to acknowledge the history and focus on the contemporary future of the city.

Title - Isinda: Fallen DaggerCover - Collaborated on design with Kristen VerserGenre - Epic, FantasyPages - 260Publisher - Tate Publishing & Enterprises
Description - The majestic land of Isinda is trapped in an era of war and chaos. After the collapse of the mighty Deimor on the bloody fields of the Badlands, a glimmer of peace and unity amongst the warring races has shattered. The people of all kingdoms have retreated into superstition and suffering. In the City of Bronze, a king plots to become a god, imposing his will on any who dare to face him; in the forests to the east, the enslaved Blood Scaldor are forced to watch as their children are sacrificed to satisfy the hunger of angry gods.
With the land returned to its bloody past, who will rise up as the Deimor did to bring Isinda under a single banner? Could a brutal king exploit the devastation left in the wake of the greatest leaders in the land, the Twin Blades? Or would a single hero rise from the chains of slavery and illuminate a path of peace that none had ever dreamed of before?
Discover the destiny of a hero in the first installment of the Isinda series, Isinda: Fallen Dagger!

That first step into murky water is always the most difficult,' Tarak began many years ago, under the shade of the mountains surrounding the Narsano peaks. 'You may never know what predators may lurk in the shadowwhat amount of blood must be drawn in the name of survival. Press on and the water will only grow more turbulent
