Year 2017 and 2018 have been a years of growth and Year 2019 is expected to keep its positive trend in terms of market demand.

Capigroup is leader in the production of toothed mechanical components, in particular in theproduction of epicycloidal ring gears, internally toothed by broaching or gear shaping. Thewhole production flow is performed within our plants, starting from the provision of the rawmaterial to the heat treatment. MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS
The whole production flow is performed within our plants, starting from raw materialprocurement to final operations and subassembly. Most of our machineries and machiningcells are automatic and assisted by antropomorohic robots.
Supplying the finished parts we also manage the heat treatment operations;with our trusted suppliers we can perform nitreg, induction tempering,carburizing and press quenching.
New investments have been made to have nitriding and nitrocarburizingfurnaces within our premises, fully operational in Q1 2019.
BROACHINGAll the broaching machines in our plants manufacture high quality ring gears in one singlestep. The broaching machines in our premises differ in dimension and power and work onproducts of different range: we can cover from a min diameter of 30 mm to a max diameter of600mm, we can manufacture both straight and helical gears. All our machines haveautomatic loading and unloading systems, mostly assisted by anthropomorphic robots.

Since 2010 we have within our premises the exclusive and unique in Europe200ton broaching machine. It can obtain, in one single step, epicyclic ring gearswith 600mm of primitive diameter, 350mm of thickness.
Capigroup has invested in 2 helical broaching machines to serve the automotive and material handling market, fullyproductive since the beginning of March 2019

We have numerous gear shaping machines in our plant and we can manufacture ring gearswith primitive diameter from 50mm to 1.000mm, max module 10 and max height 210mm.

Since 2017 is at our premises a second power skiving machine PS 300, the size is slightly smaller than theprevious one and it will be dedicated to manufacture smaller parts. In 2017 one of the machines has alsobeen fully automatized and works now in a robotic cell
GLEASON POWER SKIVING
This cutting edge machine can reach very high quality level, therefore for some kind of ringgears and products, we can avoid additional process such as grinding, gear shaving andhoning. With this technology we can also manufacture components that require crowning. Itallows us to manufacture both helical and straight toothing with low roughness suitable alsofor low-noise applications.

The electrical sector requires high standards of mechanical quality in order to improvethe efficiency and performance of the entire system, limiting as much as possible noise,vibration and harshness (NVH). Capi Group can translate all of this into a finished productthrough the production of bespoke helical and straight ring gears (gear wheels), usingdifferent technologies and specific systems, state-of-the-art software and high level tools.
ASSEMBLY
Our clients expect more and more synergy for the out-sourced products and they thereforeask for pre-assembled products. In our premises we have a 400sq.m area used exclusivelyfor assembly with special machineries and work-benches. In addition to that we also haveworkbenches dedicated to testing and trials of the pre-assembled products.Together with some customers we also study solutions of co-desing

O.M.P. Piccinelli S.r.l. was established in 1954 and today it employs 50 people
in two different factories. It is a metalworking and mechanical engineering industry working
on commission and manufacturing high-precision mechanical parts, even assembled.
It is specialized in machining steel, cast iron. It produces from 30 to 600mm diameter pieces
with length up to 1.500 mm. Its products’ applications are: construction machinery,
agricultural, sky-lift, automotive and oil&gas.

The company also offers the opportunity to verticalize products through the assembly of other components. New Olef designs
and produces in its on-site workshop all tools necessary to manufacture gravity and pressure die-castings in aluminum,
through its Technical Department we can support Customers in order to find new and more competitive solutions, so as to
operate within the most solid process. Since 2017 New Olef has implemented in its premises an additional technology: low
pressure casting, with a new dedicated area of 3 machines

Fisep S.r.l is an aluminium and brass foundry established in 1967. Fisep is
part of the network since the end of 2018, New Olef detains in fact the
majority of the company shares. Fisep serves various markets: mechanics, agriculture, home
appliance, building and green energy. Additionally to brass and aluminium casting Fisep has internal

Rivestcor S.r.l. started up in 2007 and performs anticorrosive surface treatments on small and large size mechanical and
metalwork components. The main fields of application are corrosion prevention and reducing maintenance intervention on iron
and steel part. The two process of electrolytic galvanizing and manganese phosphatizing are particularly recommended for
coupling pins of construction machinery and small metal parts and mechanical components in general, these treatments give
the parts a pleasant appearance without compromising their mechanical properties and capacities.
