KEY ACHEIVMENTS: 3-years’ experience in research and teaching in Environmental Engineering fields- solid waste
group, publishing more than10 referred journal and conference articles. Managing and supervising collection, handling and final disposal of the hazardous waste and
the expired chemicals that were generated from all public schools in Jordan. Member in a committee to assess and harmonize the Jordanian standards with the European
standards. Involved in the day to day management activities of all Ministry of Environment projects,
workshops and inspection tasks. Manage and increase the sales from only 600 thousands per year to more than 2.5 million per
year within a twenty months. This was done through creative and providing total solutions for the customers.

EXPERIENCE
Researcher- The National University of Malaysia (UKM) - Department of Civil and Structural Engineering
Responsibilities: The research conducted aims to develop innovative landfill siting process through integrating
the statistical model with an analytic network process (ANP) to enhance the decision-making process. The results of this research show the capability of the method to minimize the uncertainty and the subjectivity of human judgments. Moreover, it suggests the best landfill site for Selangor State.
Team Leader at Ministry of Environment –Solid Waste and Hazardous Substances Directorate, November 1st, 2008 - 2012.
Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the hazardous waste handling and disposal in the treatment facility. Member in solid waste division to assess the solid waste management activities in the
municipalities, landfills and related regulations. Prepare and follow up the notification for transboundary movements of waste according Basel
Convention procedures, and cooperate with the international focal points. Member in a committee works on reviewing current standards, evaluate and harmonize with the
EU standards. Assessment and inspection visits to industries, with cooperation with relevant authorities.
Technical and Sales Area Manager in Concorde – Corodex Group, Water Treatment department the representatives of HACH-Lange group in UAE, May 11 th, 2006 – October 17th, 2008.
Responsibilities: Formulating and implementing sales & marketing strategies and plans (Including establishing
of goals and objectives). Maintaining and strengthening business relationships with the client in all major industries
including Oilfield, Municipality, Contractors and consultants. Work closely with the customers and advise the proper system for water and waste water
treatment both instruments and chemicals. Planning and conducting market campaigns of various products. and coordinate with marketing
to follow up our registration with oil companies, Installation and commissioning the instrument.
Quality Control and Production Engineer in Jordan River Establishment for Dead Sea products. April 26th, 2005 – January 16th, 2006.
Responsibilities: Follow up the daily, weekly and monthly production plans. Supervise the entire production process within ISO 9000 standards. Work with Jordanian scientific association on cleaner production (CP) project and apply its
principles as much as possible in the production processes to protect the local environment.
