Inaddition,theprogramcanhelpmeetrequiredcertificationsandcontinuingeducationcreditsforsomeprofessionalslikelicensedelectricalcontractors,registeredarchitects,professionalengineers,LEEDAPsandNABCEP-certifiedinstallers.WealsoprovidetheNABCEPPVEntryLevelExamandwillsoonprovidetheNABCEPSolarThermalEntryLevelExam.
Currently,theprogramofferstraininginthefollowingtechnologies:solarthermal,solarelectric(photovoltaics/PV)andwind.
How do I complete the program?Theprogramallowsyoutobuildaninterdisciplinarycoursethatgivesanin-depthunderstandingofrenewableenergytechnologies.Toearnthediploma,youarerequiredtocomplete105contacthours,orthree35-hourworkshopswithinthreeyears.Duringyourlastworkshop,youmustsubmitaonepagedigitalessayanddoashortpresentationonyourfutureplanswiththeknowledgegained.Acertificateofcompletionisgivenattheendofeachweeklyorstand-alonecourse.

ThisweeklongphotovoltaicsworkshopisledbyDavidDelVecchio,oneofonlyfourISPQCertifiedMasterTrainers/PVontheeastcoast.ToearnyourRETDiploma,you must choose between either REPV(E) or REPV(B):
