• REEEP is an international public‑private partnership that was established at the 2002 Johannesburg World Summit on Sustainable Development to expand the global market for renewable energy and energy efficiency
• 170 partners - 30 governments, multinational organisations, businesses and NGOs
• REEEP is currently funded by various governments including Australia, Austria, Canada, Germany, EU, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, US, and UK

Delivering Value via Regional Secretariats

Role of the Regional Secretariat
• Work with local NGOs, governments and financing institutions to Act as a clearing house of RE/EE information
• Facilitate dialogue and manage discussions among regional players
