Hello RedHawks, Welcome back to PHS. We are excited to have our students back and to work with everyone for a great 2017-‐‑18 school year. As usual, good things have been happening (even during the summer) and this newsletter will highlight some of them. If you did something fantastic and you don’t see it here, it’s probably because we didn’t know about it. So please share all of the amazing stuff you’ve been up to so we can celebrate it. Thanks for reading, Dr. Mulroony

LOCKER BOOK SPINE PROJECT This July we held our 2nd annual “Paint Week” at PHS. Paint Week is a service activity where students volunteer their time to complete a painting project to beautify the school. This year we painted some vacant lockers in the main hallway to look like the spines of classic books. Titles include The Great Gatsby, The Princess Bride, Les Miserables, Of Mice and Men, etc.. Thanks to our painters for donating their time and talents.
