the Continental Championships. (UEG 2, PAGU 2, AGU 2, UAG 2, OCE 1) 9 Gymnasts

Principle 2 respected (include the best All-Arounders)
Principle 4 respected (guarantee the participation of all Continental Unions)

ALL-AROUND QUALIFICATION
• TOP 3 Apparatus Medallists from the 2019 World Championships (Comp. III)
Total: 18 MAG / 12 WAG
Reallocation of unused quota places:
If the medallists are already included in teams, the unused quota places (max. 3 per apparatus) will be allocated
to the next best ranked eligible Gymnasts based on the results of Competition III of the 2019 World
Championships, until rank 8.
The remaining quota places, if any, will be allocated to the next best ranked eligible All-Around gymnasts based on
the results of Competition I of the 2019 World Championships.
1st qualifying event for „specialists“
Principle 3 respected (ensure the participation of the best „specialists“)
APPARATUS „SPECIALISTS“ QUALIFICATION 1
• Best ranked eligible Gymnasts based on the results of the
2020 FIG ChallengerWorld Cup ranking list (max. 1 per apparatus)
Total: 6 MAG / 4 WAG
2nd qualifying event for „Specialists“ (weak point of the actual qualification system !)
Principle 3 respected (ensure the participation of the best „Specialists“)
Principle 5 respected (take into account World Cup ranking)
APPARATUS „SPECIALISTS“ QUALIFICATION 2
HOST COUNTRY PLACE
If the presence of the Host Country is neither guaranteed after the 2019 1 MAG / 1 WAG
World Championships nor after the 2nd Olympic Qualification Competition
(2020 Test Event), the best ranked eligible Gymnast from the Host NOC
as per Individual ranking results of CI (all-around results) from the 2019
World Championships will obtain the quota place allocated by name.
Reallocation of unused quota place (s):
If the host country does not use its quota place (s), the remaining quota place (s) will be
allocated to the next best ranked eligible All-Around Gymnast (s) based on the results of
Competition I of the 2019 World Championships.
TRIPARTITE COMMISSION INVITATION PLACE
1 MAG and 1 WAG Tripartite Commission Invitation Place allocated by 1 MAG / 1 WAG
name will be available to 1 MAG and 1 WAG individual Gymnast provided
he / she has met the eligibility criteria.
Reallocation of unused quota places:
If the Tripartite Commission is not able to allocate its quota place (s), the remaining quota
place (s) will be allocated to the next best ranked eligible All-Around Gymnast (s) based on
the results of Competition I of the 2019 World Championships.

INDIVIDUALS QUALIFICATION
• 15 best ranked eligible All-Around Gymnasts based 15 Gymnasts
on the results of the 2019 World Championships,
maximum 2 per NOC.
• 6 best ranked eligible All-Around Gymnasts based 6 Gymnasts
on the results of the 2020 Olympic Games Test Event,
by name, maximum 1 per NOC.
INDIVIDUALS QUALIFICATION – HOST COUNTRY PLACE
• Host Country place 1 Gymnast
If the presence of the Host Country is neither guaranteed after the 2019 World
Championships nor after the 2020 Olympic Games Test Event, the best ranked eligible
Gymnast from the Host NOC as per Individual ranking results of CI (all-around results)
from the 2019 World Championships will obtain the quota place allocated by name.
Reallocation of unused quota place (s):
If the host country does not use its quota place (s), the remaining quota place (s) will be

1 Tripartite Commission Invitation Place allocated by name will be available to 1 Individual
Gymnast provided she has met the eligibility criteria.
Reallocation of unused quota spots:
If the Tripartite Commission is not able to allocate its quota place, the quota place
will be allocated, by name, to the next best ranked eligible All-Around Gymnast based
on the results of Competition I of the 2020 Olympic Games Test Event.
INDIVIDUALS QUALIFICATION- CONTINENTAL REPRESENTATION

Reallocation of unused quota places:
The remaining quota place (s) will be allocated, by name, to the next
best ranked eligible All-around gymnast (s), based on the results

including OCE), if the Continental Union is not already
qualified.
• 3 best ranked eligible gymnasts from the 2020 World Cup
ranking list, for NOCs not already qualified 3 gymnasts
MEN‘S & WOMEN‘S QUALIFICATION
HOST COUNTRY PLACE
Host Country place 1 Gymnast
The Host Country is guaranteed a maximum of 1 quota place
across both gender, 1 male OR 1 female gymnast if not qualified
through other criteria.
If the presence of the Host Country is not guaranteed after the 2019
World Championships, the Host Country will obtain the quota place.
TRIPARTITE COMMISSION INVITATION PLACE
One Tripartite Commission Invitation Place allocated by name is 1 gymnast
made available to one male OR one female gymnast provided
he / she has met the eligibility criteria.
Reallocation of unused quota place (s):
The remaining quota place (s) will be allocated to the next best ranked eligible gymnast(s)
based on the results of the 2019 World Championships Qualification.
Summary for Trampoline Gymnastics – Men‘s or Women‘s
Men‘s:
- 8 best gymnasts from the 2019 WC 8 gymnasts
- 5 best gymnasts from the Continental Championships 4 gymnasts
- 3 best gymnasts from the 2020 World Cup ranking 3 gymnasts
Women‘s:
- 8 best gymnasts from the 2019 WC 8 gymnasts
- 5 best gymnasts from the Continental Championships 4 gymnasts
- 3 best gymnasts from the 2020 World Cup ranking 3 gymnasts
- 1 Host Country and 1 Tripartite places (Men‘s OR Women‘s) 2 gymnasts
