Programme INTERREG IV C promotes interregional cooperation through the sharing of knowledge and experience of EU regions, to improve the effectiveness of regional development policies in the areas of innovation Interregional cooperation is a tool of enhancing their development through learning from the experiences of others
Good Practices
• A good practice is defined as an initiative undertaken in
the Programme’s thematic priorities “Innovation and the knowledge economy-Information society”
• that has already proved successful
• and which has the potential to be transferred to a different geographic area
Main Objectives
ONE aims at:
exchanging and sharing good practices around the common theme of ICT Observatories (Main results indicator: 5 Thematic Workshops)
in order to capitalise expertise and improve absorption rate of ICT funds
(Main result indicators: 9 Action Plan)

The project entails the exchange, dissemination and transfer of experience
• Sharing and structuring in a harmonised way the
experiences on ICT Observatories • Supporting Managing Authorities involved to develop
strategic action
Strategic Output
The final outcome of the project is the production of Action Plans, as well: documents defining how good practices will be implemented under Operational Programmes of each Region
