Also in other industries the use of industrial robotswill increase!
High speed handling/pick & place is increasing especiallyin food and pharmaceutical industries
The increasing demand on alternative energies will pushthe installation of industrial robots in the production of solarcells, etc.
Industry will try to get robots into the areas which have still
a low degree of automation. Small companies will try to increase their automation level
to stay competitive

The growing markets in Asia will continue to be thedriver of the increase of robot sales
Further growing markets: China, South Korea, Malaysiaand India
Automotive industry will drive the automation level in China- other industries like plastics, food, electronics arefollowing.
Still low rate of sales in India but steady increase
Promising Indian market for robotics
Increasing use of robots in the electronics industry, foodand beverage industry and metal industry in North America
Increasing consumer markets Brazil and Russia Continuing recovery in Europe and North America
