1. WATER INLET TEMP : 29 DEG C ( IN NOVEMBER )
2. WATER OUTLET TEMP : 40 DEG C
3. CONDENSATE TEMP : 47 DEG C
4. WATER FLOW : 26500 T/ HR
5. NO. OF PASSES : 2
6. NO. OF TUBES : 19000
7. TUBES MATERIAL : SS
8. STEAM TURBINE CONNECTED WITH TWO BOILERS.
- CONDENSER TUBES FOULING DETEORIATES VACUUM THEREBY
LOWERS PERFORMANCE AND EFFICIENCY OF THE PLANT .
- STEAM TURBINE SHUT DOWN REQUIRED FOR 10 DAYS TO CLEAN
THE CONDENSER COMPLETELY
- ALTERNATIVELY WHEN ONE GAS TURBINE / WHRB IS UNDER
SHUT DOWN , STEAM TURBINE CONDENSER COULD BE CLEANED
ONE PASS AT A TIME BY ISOLATING THE PASS WITH CLOSING OF
INLET AND OUTLET VALVES , OPENNING OF CONDENSER INLET
AND OUTLET MANHOLE DOORS , DRAIN AND VENT LINES

CONDITION INSIDE THE SINGLE PASS OPERATING CONDENSER WATER BOX IS NOT HUMANLY COMFORTABLE OF LONG DUARTION OF WORK
TEMPERATURE : 46 DEG C
HUMIDITY : 80 %
TO MAKE THE WORKING CONDITION COMFORATBLE & CONDUCIVE TO WORK , M/S TECHNICAL DRYING SERVICES WERE ENGAGED FOR
REDUCING TEMPERATURE & HUMIDITY , INSIDE THE WATER BOX
SYSTEM CONSISTS OF DE HUMIDIFIER , CONDENSER ( REFRIGERATOR UNIT ) AND BLOWER . AIR SUCKED FROM THE ATMOSPHERE PASSES THROUGH DE HUMIDIFIER , THEN THROUGH THE REFRIGERATOR , FINALLY INTO THE WATER BOX THROUGH A FLEXIBLE DUCT . AIR ENTERS FROM THE FRONT MANHOLE AND EXISTS FROM THE BACK MANHOLE THROUGH THE TUBES .
CONDITONS INSIDE THE WATER BOX ACHIEVED WAS
TEMPERATURE 24 DEG C
HUMIDITY 50 %
