PICTURE 2

I am going to describe the scene and characters of the picture number 2 and I

will try to guess what´s going on between this couple.

First of all, I´m going to start describing the place when the picture was taken. In

the picture there are a man and a woman in the middle of the street. Behind of them

there is a grey car. It is a sunny day of spring but it seems that dark clouds are growing

between them.

Another important part in a description is the physical appearance of people

who there are in the photo. On the one hand, she is a beautiful woman and is wearing

a beautiful fashionable red short-sleeves top and furthermore, she has a long straight

blonde hair and a nice long white neck. On the other hand, he is a handsome man with

a short dark hair and is wearing a blue long-sleeves t-shirt. He is taller than she.

About the mood, they look as if they are arguing. She looks very upset,

disappointed and nervous. He is trying to stay calm but he looks astonished and

bewildered. She is pointing with her finger blamed him for this discussion.

The only way to know what is happening in a photo is non-verbal

communication. I´m going to presume that their non-verbal communication suggests

that he had an affair and he has been cheating on her. She wants to break up with him

but he is begging to continue their relationship and he feels like a dumb because she is

his dream girl.

Changing to another subject and from my point of view, trying to figure out their

thoughts it is the most difficult task but it can be pretty enjoyable:

About him, he is so regretted about the affair:

"I wish I hadn´t cheated on her with her best friend. If I don´t want to be

alone I will have to change. I´ll be a faithful man as soon as she forgives

me."

But, she doesn´t want to forgive him. In my opinion, she was expecting a

"mistake" of him:

"I wish I had broken up with him earlier. If I want a sincere relationship I

have to start dating with girls. I won´t be happy until I break up with him".

My mom always said to me: "if I were you I would keep an eye on him. If

you had married with our neighbor Tim you would have been happier. I

wish men wouldn´t be so selfish".

Anyway and summing up, she seems to have a strong personality and he is a

henpecked and an insecure man, because of that he has been cheating on her for

many years. She is going to be better alone.
