As an rqrrlty partner I was one of Ralph's immediate supervisors from the time he started at the

firm as a messenger through his ultimate promotion to that of Director of Office Services. During

the entire time I worked *ittt him, I found Ralph to be consistently pleasant and reliable tackling

all assignments very efficientlY.

Ralph's responsibilities as Director of Office Services included purchasing all office supplies,

computers, network servers, software, copiers, and all other office equipment. He re-negotiated

the liases for our copiers, and Equitrac cost billing system saving the firm significant amounts of

money. Despite these significant responsibilities Ralph was still responsible for the firms

thoroughness and above all honesty and loyalty.

Ralph is a take-charge person who is able to present and articulate his thoughts and opinions

regarding different business mafiers in an effective way.

During Ralph's tenure, he demonstrated leadership, initiative and successfully met all of his

deadlines. In addition, he was extremely organized, reliable and could work independently on

any task assigned to him.
