Two Important Missions of the NAHUEF Produce and distribute
messages Specific messages to
targeted audiences including consumers, businesses and policymakers
Work with corporate partners to refine and focus these messages
Raise funds to pay for the cost of producing and distributing messages Solicitation of
Sustaining Memberships
Corporate Partnerships Grants from other non-
profits and entities
5
Sustaining Memberships… Fully tax deductible
contributions from both members and non-members of NAHU
Grass roots organization similar to how HUPAC works
The NAHUEF board is the only infrastructure we have and so we need assistance from NAHU chapters to “make it happen!”

What’s really important? Getting the message out to the public that:
The private health care system works There are ways to reduce the cost of health care
through private innovations Consumers have resources to help them obtain
the best benefits at the right price NAHU Education Foundation must work in a
grass roots manner to push these messages out to consumers, the ultimate beneficiaries of the educational program
NAHU members can make tax deductible contributions to help preserve their role in the delivery of products and services to the general public
NAHU Education Foundation is your source for educational materials to help you get things done IN YOUR LOCAL COMMUNITY
