When you enter through the large double timber doors you are welcomed by the beautifully landscaped

Balinese style garden that is carried out through to the swimming pool area. Dual outdoor

entertainment areas, one where you can relax by the (solar Heated) swimming pool and enjoy a swim,

or the other is a private courtyard bbq area, both are surrounded by lush gardens.

3 bedrooms (main bedroom with flat screen TV/Austar), 2 bathrooms (1 spa bath) study with sofa bed

and TV (linen extra). Spacious, open plan kitchen and dining area. The house is tastefully decorated

with all the mod-cons and is fully screened for your comfort. Everything you want for the Noosa holiday

experience. Take a leisure stroll into Hastings Street & Noosa's main beach.

What to Expect when renting a Villa in Noosa

Subject to arrival times, our local representative will meet you at your villa, give you the keys and

show you around. She will also act as a point of contact throughout your stay.

Included in the rate is a cleaning service every 8th day and/or final clean

If you require car hire or airport transfers we can assist you with this.

If you require extra services such as a private chef, babysitting or concierge service we can

arrange this for you.

There is a strict no party policy for all our Noosa Villas.

There is a 5 night minimum rental throughout the year and a 7-14 night minimum over

Christmas and New Year.
