Who needs to come? ALL THE OFFICERS OF THEIR CLUB.
The address is: 500 West c St Silverton, Oregon 097381. So don’t get lost. I would recommend coming wit a friend (other key club officer).
The progress
from 2012 to 2013 is
remarkable; we have
already brought it
down to 30 countries
that need to
eliminate MNT which
is 11 countries less
than last year’s 41.
That is great progress.
This is why Kiwanis
International and
UNICEF are teaming up
to get rid of this deadly
disease.
This disease takes
nearly 60,000 newborn
lives and women each
year.
In order to make
the elimination of MNT
over 100 million mothers
and their future babies
must be immunized this
will take $110 million US
dollars to complete.
THE
ELIMINATE
PROJECT
The Eliminate
project is this year’s
international project.
It is about getting rid
of MNT. For those of
you who don’t know
what MNT is it is a virus
that occurs in babies
causing them to
become fragile and
can take the babies
life’s. This virus
basically robs the
child from their baby
and the baby’s from
their caring mothers
For additional information on MNT and the Eliminate project visit:

MNT stands for;
MATERNAL AND
NEONATAL TETANUS
