On a month-on-month basis, the momentum related to raising money through preferential allotment marginally improved in December 2018.
The number of companies that raised capital through preferential allotment in December 2018 (16 companies) was higher than November 2018
(12 companies). IDBI Bank, Syndicate Bank, Jubilant Foodworks were among the companies that made a preferential allotment during
December 2018. For full year CY18 , 223 companies raised capital through preferential allotment compared to 243 companies in CY17.
