The Law of Attraction or Vibration

Universal Principle one:The Law of Attraction or Vibration
to understand the Law of Attraction, let’s first understand its underlying counterpart, the
Law of Vibration.
the Law of Vibration decrees that everything moves, or vibrates, nothing rests. Everything
ever created, from the smallest atomic particle to the largest skyscraper, is in a constant
state of energetic motion. What looks solid is not! Even concrete, glass and steel is
energy in constant motion. We live in an ocean of motion!
now, the thoughts YoU think and internalize (get emotionally involved with) are in control
of the VIBRATION you’re in. As you become conscious of this vibration, you refer to it as
how you are “FEELING”. In other words,
Vibration = Feeling
Most people are not aware of the connection between their FEELInGS, what they
AttRACt to themselves, and the RESULtS they get in their lives. this is usually where the
disconnect occurs.
the vibration, or feeling, you are in leads to the actions you take, and the actions you take
create the very results you are experiencing today! therefore, when you understand the
Law of Attraction, you know YoU have the ability to cause changes in your vibrational
field, which will create the results you seek in life!
We generally let our outside world control our inside world. We have to switch that. our
thoughts dictate what we attract! We’ve got to let the inside world take charge of our
outside world! to work in HARMONY with the Law of Attraction, then you must start to
live from the inside out.
Outside World = Current Results = Old ThoughtsInside World = Your Thoughts

the Law of Attraction decrees that
you attract to you everything that is in
harmonious vibration with you. And what
dictates your vibration? Your thoughts!
So you can think about what you Don’t
want and, through the Law of Attraction,
you will get in life what you don’t want.
or, you can think about what you Do
want and, through the Law of Attraction,
you will get in life what you Do want.
What is the key to getting the results you desire in life? CHOICE! YoU ChooSE the
thoughts to think.
Time for what could be an “eye-opening” exercise!

The Law of Perpetual Transmutation
Month 2
© Six Minutes to Success | Proctor Gallagher Institute
Universal Principle two:The Law of Perpetual Transmutation
this law explains that everything in the universe that we can see, hear, smell, taste, or
touch, together with our emotions, is the manifestation of energy in various levels of
vibration. the universe as a whole, and in its parts, has its existence in an ocean of motion.
Motion is the only thing that is constant. Change is energy’s only attribute; and because
of it, comes all that is apparent to our material senses. Energy is in a constant state of
transmission and transmutation. It is the cause and effect of itself and can be neither
created nor destroyed. the Law of Perpetual transmutation decrees that energy moves
into physical form, and thoughts are energy. therefore, any idea that is held in the mind
and properly nourished must move into its physical or financial counterpart. In other
words, the images you hold in your mind most often materialize into results in your life.
1. Describe the results you have in your life now.
2. the description above shows you the images, or thoughts, that you had in the past.
Remember, based on the Law of Perpetual transmutation, thought energy must move
into form. What are the images that you think about today? In other words, what are
your goals? how often do you think about them? Do you hold those images in your
mind AnD on paper? If not, it is highly suggested that you put those images on paper
in picture or written form.
2

Thought Energy — Non-Physical — Energy-Spirit-Thought
this law explains that the
nonphysical level of life is always
moving into physical form.
the physical level of life is the
manifestation of the non-physical.
Emotions are expressed with and through the
body. the body is moved into action which
produces the results.
This law explains the creative process. It also explains prayer. Prayer is themovement that takes place between spirit and form with and through you.

Universal Principle three:The Law of Relativity
In the study of this law, we find that all things are relative. All laws are related to each
other and correspond with each other. the laws of the little are the laws of the great.
there is no big nor small, fast nor slow, except by comparison.
Every law that is a law must be relative to all other laws. In other words, they must be in
harmony, agreement and correspond with each other. An understanding of this law will
give one the means of solving many of the secrets of nature that seem paradoxical. the
much discussed fourth dimension is nothing more nor less than the dimension of vibration.
Again, all rates of vibration are either high or low, only by comparison with those above or
below them.
Whenever this law is properly used, you win. Let’s remember that everyone does
something better than you and, likewise, you do something better than every person you
meet. When you relate something you do that you are not proficient at, to something
another person does that they have mastered, you will not look good. You are using the
law against yourself. Begin using this law to heighten your self esteem. You will then
become aware of how special you are in the light of truth!
When you relate “B” to “A”, “B” looks big. however, when you relate “B” to “C”, “B” looks
small. the obvious truth is that “B” is neither big nor small, “B” just “IS.” We make “B” what
it is by virtue of how we work with this law. Everything in life just “IS”. We make it what it
is. Make a habit of using this law to your benefit.

Universal Principle Four:The Law of Polarity
• Everything has an opposite: hot—Cold ... Up—Down ... Good—Bad.
• Step into your power by realizing and applying the Law of Polarity. When you
can use your mental faculty—perception—to see both sides of a person, situation
or circumstance, you will be empowered and inspired. nothing—no thing—has
meaning until we assign it a label (i.e., good/bad, right/wrong, positive/negative).
Applying the Law of Polarity will help you move forward in the direction of your
dreams, because you will realize that everything in your life “just is” and it is your
choices, not your circumstances, that will create the life you so desire.
Everything in the universe has its opposite. there would be no inside to a room without an
outside. If you referred to the side of this sheet of paper these words are written on as the
top, then the other side would be the bottom. You have a right and left side to your body,
a front and back. Every up has a down and every down has an up. the law of Polarity not
only states that everything has an opposite ... it is equal and opposite. If it were 3 feet
from the floor up on to the table, it would be 3 feet from the table down to the floor. If
it is 150 miles from Manchester to London, by law it must be 150 miles from London to
Manchester; it could not be any other way.
If something you considered bad happens in your life, there has to be something good
about it. If it was only a little bad, when you mentally work your way around to the other
side, you will find it will only be a little good.
Positive Just Is Negative
Permit the above line to represent any situation in life. Realize that every situation
JUSt IS; you make it negative or positive by virtue of how you choose to think about
the situation. When you look at the situation one way and it is negative, you can change
your perspective and look at it from the opposite viewpoint and find it to be positive.

Universal Principle Five:The Law of Rhythm
When you are on a down swing, do not feel bad. Know the swing will change and things
will get better. there are good times coming—think of them.
the Law of Rhythm embodies the truth that everything is moving to and fro, flowing in and
out, swinging backward and forward. there is a high and a low tide. Everything is flowing,
both in and out, in accordance with this law. there is always a reaction to every action.
Something must advance when anything retreats; something must rise when anything
sinks. this law governs the movement of the planets in their orbit and also manifests in the
mineral and vegetable kingdoms. Men and women can observe this law in their mental,
physical and emotional states. the Law of Rhythm is universal. this can be observed in the
rising and setting of the sun and moon, ebb and flow of the tides, coming and going of the
seasons, and in the rhythmic swing of consciousness and unconsciousness.
You are not going to feel good all of the time; no one does. If you did, you wouldn’t even
know it. the LoW FEELInGS are what permit you to enjoy the hIGh FEELInGS.
there will always be highs and lows in life. REASon gives us the ability to ChooSE our
thoughts, which is free will. Even when you are on a natural down swing, you can choose
good thoughts with your FREE WILL and continue to move up toward your goal.

study more, watch a motivating movie, listen to music, etc.)?

The Law of Cause and Effect
Month 6

Universal Principle Six:The Law of Cause and Effect
Whatever you send into the Universe comes back. Action—re-action are equal and
opposite. therefore, say good things to everyone. treat everyone with total respect and it
will all come back. never worry about what you are going to get, just concentrate on what
you can give.
Every cause has its effect; every effect, its cause. there is no such thing as chance.
Everything happens according to law. nothing in the entire universe ever happens, unless
it occurs according to law. nothing ever escapes the law. Every effect must have a cause;
and in turn, that cause must have an effect. thus, we have the perpetual, never-ending
cycle of cause and effect.
Ralph Waldo Emerson called the Law of Cause and Effect, “the Law of Laws.” You are, of
course, very interested in RESULtS—your physical health, your relationships, the respect
you earn, your material income. You must concentrate on the CAUSE, and the EFFECt will
automatically take care of itself. that is how the Law works.
outlined below are four affirmations to help you focus on CAUSES.
Mental HealthI am a genius who hears the wisdom of my soul and obeys.
Physical HealthI drink ample water and eat moderately.
Emotional HealthI care about the people I love, and discover what is important to them.
Spiritual HealthI am grateful for all the blessings in my life. I acknowledge my
blessings daily and am inspired.

Universal Principle Seven:The Law of Gender
“Every seed has a gestation or incubation period. Ideas are spiritual seeds and will move
into form or physical results. Your goals will manifest when the time is right. Know they
will.” BoB Proctor
the Law of Gender manifests in ALL things as masculine and feminine. It is this law that
governs what we know as creation. All new things merely result from the changing of
something that was, into something else that now is — caterpillar into a butterfly or a
thought into physical reality.
this is, in truth, the Creative Law. this Law decrees that everything in nature is both
male and female. Both are required for life to exist. the Law of Gender manifests in the
animal kingdom as sex. It also manifests in the mineral and vegetable kingdoms. Without
the dual principle of male and female in all things, there could not be a difference of
potential, perpetuation of motion, nor regeneration. this Law is the one which finally closes
the cycle and completes the circle of the Seven Subsidiary Laws under the one Great Law.
Consciousness, or thought, is the masculine energy, whereas the life force that brings form
to the thought in physical reality is the feminine energy. together, one experiences both
the masculine and feminine energy, which is known as the creative process.
the Law of Gender also decrees that all seeds (ideas are spiritual seeds) have a gestation
or incubation period before they manifest. In other words, when you choose a goal or
build the image in your mind, a definite period of time must elapse before that image
manifests in physical results. now, for anything to grow, it requires energy. Plants require
solar energy, for example.
our thoughts and ideas thrive on the energy we give them. In fact, there is one way to
shorten the incubation period needed for an idea to manifest into physical form — through
concentration. Concentration of thought relative to an idea increases more energy on that
idea, bringing it more quickly into manifestation.
BE PAtIEnt! ALL IDEAS MoVE Into FoRM In thE RIGht tIME!
now it’s time to apply the Law of Gender to one of your goals.

Exercise 2: Concentrate on your goal and its every aspect. Let your mind draw a detailed
picture of the goal being accomplished. Jot down all the elements of the picture you see.

Exercise 3: now, increase your concentration on the various elements or steps that will
bring your goal into reality. List those elements or steps. Allow the picture in your mind to
be even more vivid and colorful than before.
Exercise 4: Strategize as to what you can do this hour, in the next six hours, in the next
day, week, month, etc. to make your goal happen. Do this twice a day. See the goal as
already a reality in your mind’s eye.

Universal Principle Eight:The Law of Materialization
You have heard it said that “thoughts are things”. or if not, at least, you have probably
heard such phrases as, “Be careful what you wish for, it will come true!” these expressions
acknowledge the reality that the thoughts we have are designed, by law, to materialize
into physical form.
Every great invention began as a thought, a picture, an idea in the mind of the inventor.
Every architect and builder follows the same plan, whether they’re building or planning a
house, a bridge, an institution or their own life. Every person is his or her own designer
and builder. Like the Creator, we build our creations “within”, before they materialize in
the outside world of physical form.
All fears of sickness, poverty and old age are impressions, ideas and mental pictures long
before they become painful realities. Every idea and mental picture must produce after its
own kind, whether the picture is good or bad. the law determines it so. the law does not
question or challenge the kind of picture we give to it. It only knows that it must take what
is offered, or planted, and then proceed to materialize it in a visible form.
now some people can visualize great engineering achievements, yet they do not know by
the same method they can overcome their diseases and despairs and enjoy the health and
happiness that they long for. Mechanical engineering is the same as mental engineering;
they are both dependent wholly upon a creative intelligence. Mental photography, like
mechanical photography, produces exactly what it sees. A picture of a homely, unsightly
person never turns out to look like a beauty pageant winner. nor does the little short
person look tall and large on a photograph. A picture of black will not be white. neither
can negative-destroying ideas produce constructive and positive results. If the ideas are
negative, they, in turn, will create negative results.
our positive thoughts, our dreams, our visions, our ideas are all backed by the power of
the Creator. We are powerful, creative beings, as we allow ourselves, our thoughts, to
be creative.
BE ASSURED: YOUR THOUGHTS, WHETHER CREATIVE
OR DESTRUCTIVE, WILL MATERIALIZE. IT’S THE LAW.

Exercise 1: Write a full description of one of your visions or ideas. Describe that picture
that comes to your mind when you focus on the vision or idea. Don’t worry about how
it will materialize right now. See the picture fully. If there are other sensory elements
involved, as well, describe them – the sounds, the smells, the textures.
Exercise 2: Construct the following phrase, and memorize it. Repeat it often:
“I am happy and so grateful now that my idea is becoming a reality. My idea is…
(and then in 20 words or less, concisely, specifically describe your idea.)” Spend a
couple of minutes, morning and evening, bringing your vision or idea to mind,
while stating this phrase several times.

Exercise 3: now, As you envision your idea, be aware of action steps that come to mind,
steps that will play a part in bringing your idea into form. Write down those steps and
immediately act upon those next elements.
Exercise 4: track in a notebook, or other safe place, these steps as they are acted upon
and watch the progression of your vision or idea come into form! Keep moving forward.
You may amazed at what materializes!

Universal Principle nine:The Law of Value
the Law of Value states that your true worth is determined by how much more you give in
value than you take in payment. What is the factor that can most set you apart from your
co-workers or the business owners that compete in your market? It is one thing: what you
offer in value.
Do you offer in value more than you take in payment? Your success may well depend on
the degree to which you offer just that! Why? Because, amidst this world of pessimism that
questions “what’s in it for you?”, or anyone who appears to be offering something
generous to someone else, there is still, within the human spirit, the desire to reward true
giving without concern for reward.
It is not always easy for everyone to muster the energy or the perception that would allow
giving in value more than one’s receipt of payment. So, what is the key to this invaluable
trait? the answer is deceptively simple, and oftimes surprisingly elusive.
Here it is: “Others-orientation”. having, first and foremost, a concern for others can be a
challenge, in a world that indoctrinates most people, for most of their lives, in the sciences
of survival which fosters an almost primal concern for oneself-first. Particularly when
finances are tight and stress is high, and the compulsion toward self-preoccupation is
almost narcotic-like, turning one’s attention toward others can seem almost impossible.
Yet the successful acceptance of such a challenge can be drastically life-changing!
Your true worth is determined by how much more
you give in value than you take in payment.
Exercise 1: on a piece of paper that you will carry with you for the next few days, list at
least 10 people with whom you will interact this week. In a second column on that sheet,
list at least three things, simple or elaborate, that you can offer each of these people,
when you see them.
2

Exercise 2: List at least 20 different people that you will call in the next few weeks. Don’t
be arbitrary, but make the call at least five minutes long. During the call, make your only
objective to find out how and what they are doing, and find at least one thing of value that
you can offer them
Exercise 3: turn your attention now to your work. List at least five major ways in which
you can offer more into your work, without concern for what you will get out of it.

Exercise 4: Ponder if the work in which you are presently engaged is of sufficient interest
and reward to warrant your full, honest action. If not, list those occupations that would
allow you full contribution. List five things you can do this week to move into that new
occupation.

The Law of Wide InfluenceMonth 10
© Six Minutes to Success | Proctor Gallagher Institute
Universal Principle ten:The Law of Wide Influence
the Law of Wide Influence conveys the truth that, not only is your influence determined
by how robustly you place others interests first, but also how many people you serve and
how well you serve each one of them.
Perhaps you have wondered at times how it is that movie actors, professional athletes,
or say, big, Internet-based companies are reputed to be so wealthy. Well, whether you
personally feel the services of these well-known personalities or major companies are
worth their riches or not, one principle is true: their wide influence draws the response,
and the money of, many people – thus, abundant income. they do, based on results, serve
a wide-enough field of consumers that their incomes show a large yield.
Can anyone widen their filed of influence and therefore their income? All evidence
indicates that yes, it can be done. observe the coffee company that begins with a few
local coffee carts and grows to an international mega-company. or even the man who
begins with a hotdog stand and a smile and ends up owning a renowned restaurant chain.
Any success story of this sort involves people who know the value of serving each
customer well and, at the same time, expanding the number of customers they serve. this
same principle can be used in the employee workplace, because the expansion of one’s
personal, positive influence is noticed and rewarded.
Your success is determined, at least in part,
by how many people you serve well!

Exercise 1: List those people and companies, of which you are aware, that have started
small and found ways to serve greater numbers of people. note the specific steps they
took to expand their fields of influence.
Exercise 2: Allow yourself a few quiet moments to contemplate all aspects of your
business or other work. how many ways can you think of to expand your contact with
people, leaving them with an impression of increase.

Exercise 3: What steps can you take today to widen your sphere of influence, socially –
meeting new people, learning new ways in which you can be of service to others?
Exercise 4: List those businesses and other business people whose work complements
yours. List possible ways in which you could align with them to offer a wider range of
service to more people.

The Law of AuthenticityMonth 11
© Six Minutes to Success | Proctor Gallagher Institute
Universal Principle Eleven:The Law of Authenticity
the LAW of AUthEntICItY states simply this, “Be Yourself!” nothing is as convincing,
believable and able for others to respond to as you being YoU! Why is that?
When you are yourself, your capacities of body, mind, emotions, spirit are all in alignment
and you are at your strongest. You are creative, spontaneous, genuine. And what you are
offering will be of maximum value.
When you are being yourself, you are in position to give the largest quantity and quality of
offerings to others, you are actually in prime position to RECEIVE. It has sometimes been
said, quoting scripture of old, that it is more blessed to give than to receive. For the
purposes on this particular discussion, we disagree! It is as EQUALLY important to receive
as it is to give.
Giving and receiving are two parts of one whole – a whole in which everyone who offers
value to others is compensated in kind. this Law serves each person perfectly, UnLESS
there is an imbalance presented by self-concern. Such self-concern presents itself in the
form of fear, worry, pessimism, and greed. When there is others-orientation, the giving/
receiving balance is kept intact.
The most valuable gift you can offer is the revelation of your authentic self.
Exercise 1: Make a list of those people whom you hold most dear, those for whom you
“would do anything”. think about how you feel when you think of them, ponder how you
contribute to their lives. note the energy that fills you as you think of them.
2
© Six Minutes to Success | Proctor Gallagher Institute 3
Exercise 2: though the forms would probably be different, imagine how you can expand
that feeling and awareness to a wider range of people whom you know. What are the
various ways that you could contribute to these ones.
Exercise 3: Make a list of those times when you feel you express yourself most genuinely.
Which of your attributes most clearly come through during these moments? What can you
do to make sure these attributes come through in your every situation?
© Six Minutes to Success | Proctor Gallagher Institute 4
Exercise 4: Make a list of the last 10 things you remember receiving from others. Do
you feel that you receive from others as easily as you give to others? If not, do you feel
undeserving of what is given to you? Ponder the fact that it is the overall right nature of
things that each and every person who truly offers value to others is totally deserving of
receiving from others.
