1 SAWING Saw the wood to the right dimensions. Look at the technical drawings (sheet 1 and sheet 2) for part dimensions. At the end of this exercise you’ll have 4 triangles and 4 square plywood parts.

2 DRILLING Drill the holes as shown in the technical drawings (sheet 3 and sheet 4). Watch out for the different diameters of the holes. Take a special look to the depth (max 8mm) needed to drill the hole with dimension 16.

3 SCREWING part 1 For making the two ramps. Take the drilling machine and a bit. Use the smallest screw for connecting the square plywood with the triangle at the end. For the next hole take the medium sized screws. All the rest of the holes need the biggest screws.
When finished, you’ll have two ramps.

4 MANUAL Take the 2 square plywoods which have a big hole at the topmiddle. Put the bolt inside. Next, use your hands to screw the nut until the end of the big hole.
At the end you have two identical square plywoods with two bolts and nuts.

5 PREPARE THE FLAT ROPE Take the flat rope and cut them with the scissors into two identical halves. One rope should measure 180mm. If you have a plastic rope take the lighter and burn the sides to prevent fry out.

6 SCREWING part 2 Take the flat rope and bring one side through the groove of the square plywood. Next bring the two sides together on the side where the bolt sticks out. Take a washer and the smallest screw and fix everything with the drilling machine to the square plywood.
At the end you’ll have two plywood boards with handels

7 BONDING Cut the rubbers to the dimensions (Sheet 8) so it fits the cutout. Take the epoxy glue and follow the instructions on the packaging. When the glue is prepared make thick strokes with the product on the rubber. Next, fix the 2 rubbers to the ramp. When finished, turn the ramp around so it puts pressure on the rubbers.
At the end you’ll have two ramps with nonslip.

8 TAPING part 1 Take the double sided tape and fix it to all the square plywoods. Stay 10mm of the sides, so you don’t overlay the screws. Take of the second paper protecting the tape. Cut the sandpaper and cut one color in strokes of 90mm and the other color in strokes of 60mm. Next, take the waterproof sandpapers and cover the plywoods starting from 10mm of the edge.
At the end you’ll have total nonslip coating.

9 REDRILL Because you’ve covered the holes with waterproof sandpaper, redrill them with the right drill (M10).

10 FIXING THE METAL PLATES Drill holes on the metal plates as described in sheet 6. Next, prepare the epoxy glue as described on the packaging. Stroke the metalplate proportional with epoxyglue. Place the metals on the back of the square plywoods (where the big bolt sticks out). Stay 15mm of the sides and make sure it is fixed as shown on the photograph. Next fix it permanently with the smallest screws.
At the end you’ll have two square plywoods with fixed metal plates.

11 FASTENING NONSLIP Cut the nonslip matt into 4 equal pieces. The dimension of one piece is 230x7mm. Fix the double sided tape on the nonslip matt. Next fix it permanently on the plywood and on the metal.
At the end you’ll have two plywood squares with partly covered with nonslip matt.
