Our integrated modules are designed to support all varieties of RF front-ends, from simple to complex. Our product offering consists of:
• Power Amplifier Modules (PAMs)• Transmit Modules (TXMs)• Power Amplifier + Duplexer (PADs)
This complete family of modules enables customers to select and design optimal RF front-end architectures for their unique applications. In 2012, we are pleased to expand our family of PADs to now include the TRITIUM DuoTM, a new family of integrated 2-in-1 PA-Duplexer Modules. RF designers can now realize greater architectural and cost benefits of PADs by incorporating pairs of bands into a single package, maintaining the performance benefits, but taking size and cost to the next level. Current pairs include 1+8 and 2+5.
As consumer appetite for mobile data and services increases, device manufacturers are faced with a continued expansion of the number of bands needed to support the combination of voice and increased data bandwidth. In order to satisfy these difficult requirements, different RF front-end architectures are required to optimize performance, size and cost for specific numbers of bands. Note the following examples of typical architecture optimization enabled by a combination of PADs, Tx Modules and MMPAs:

TriQuint’s WCDMA / HSPA+ highly integrated front-end modules meet the rapidly growing demands of data cards, tablets and sophisticated smartphones. Our PA, duplexer and switch cores are optimized and matched to each other for excellent battery life. Our high-linearity GaAs pHEMT switches enable a single antenna to be used for the GSM, WCDMA and LTE front-ends. Our highly integrated modules provide global coverage for WCDMA / HSPA+ in bands 1, 2, 5, 8, 25 and FDD-LTE bands 3, 4, 7*, 13, 14, 20*.
