Natural gas -- Supplied to millions of busi-nesses throughout the U.S. upon demand;one of the most efficient, cost-effective,environmental friendly and domestically-abundant fuels available.Natural gas as a viable alternative vehicular fuel iscompletely compatible with today’s engines.Manufacturers are now producing a variety of fac-tory-equipped, on-road and in-plant vehicles torun cleanly and efficiently on natural gas. In addi-tion, some existing vehicles can also be convertedto operate on either natural gas or gasoline (bi-fuel), without compromising performance, at theflip of a switch. Power delivery between the twofuels is virtually indistinguishable. The actual costs of refueling with natural gas overother fuels can also be a pleasant surprise. Theprice of natural gas is usually between one-halfand three-quarters the cost of its gasoline equiva-lent. This can result in substantial savings for com-mercial vehicles of high-mileage commuters. Itshould also be noted that natural gas prices have ahistory of being relatively stable, not fluctuatingwith daily supply and demand like gasoline.Whether vehicles are equipped for natural-gas-only or bi-fuel operation, both time and money canbe saved through the use of the convenient, safeand accessible Natural GasNatural Gas is nature’s cleanest burning fossil fuel. When used to power a vehicle engine, it emitsfewer pollutants than conventional or other alter-native fuels and meets government clean airrequirements. Compared to gasoline or diesel, nat-ural gas burns more completely and cleanly, whichresults in significant reductions in pollution-causingexhaust components such as carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides and reactive hydrocarbons. Soot, smoke particles and irritating odors are virtuallyeliminated, making natural gas an ideal choice forfleets. Using clean burning natural gas reduces ourdependence on foreign oil.

BAUER Micro Series Self Contained Compression System

The BAUER Micro Series Self ContainedCompression System utilizes naturalgas available at any business and com-presses it for storage in pressurized fuelcylinders for over-the-road and in-plantvehicles. Due to it’s small footprint andlow cost, it is suited for industrial andcommercial applications with smallerfleets or for companies which are start-ing to make the switch over to naturalgas as an alternative fuel.

The BAUER Micro CNG System is idealfor smaller commercial fleet applica-tions, forklifts and other in-plant equip-ment, CNG automobile applicationsand more. It is an affordable solutionfor on-site refueling in areas which lackconvenient, public access natural gasrefueling stations.
