Metro USA Sports presents 3-on-3 Competition. This program is sure to enhance ball handling, dribbling and shooting skills through intense competition.

Start Date: Week of June 4, 2018 End Date: June 27, 2018 Boys & Girls: Grades 3 - 8 (current school year)

NEW Court Location: Gill Hall Community Park Basketball Courts, Jefferson Hills PA 15125 Coach: LisaFairman & Staff, Head Coach Belle Vernon HS…Asst. Women’s Coach at Carlow University.

3-on-3 Team Competition & Training

After a brief assessment at each session, boys & girls teams are selected based on skill level and rules for competition are explained. During each break, the coach will have evaluated performance and look to improve opportunity and play.

How to enroll: Fill out the registration form completely. Be sure to indicate the adult or youth jersey size desired. Please indicate your vacation week. Pick 1 vacation week out of 5 weeks. $79.00 per person is to be sent with your registration form by the May 19th deadline $5.00 discount for each child from the same family. Make sure your check is enclosed with the registration form & your signed waiver-release form.

Whereas, the registered desires to participate in the Metro USA Sports summer training & competition program, and fully understands the risks involved in that it is possible to sustain serious injury during the course of said activities.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Metro USA Sports summer basketball training & competition program, I fully covenant not to sue and forever discharge the Jefferson Hills Borough, Metro USA Sports, staff, all of their respective related entities, and every director, governing board, and employee of, or who is affiliated with, any of the foregoing entities, from any and all liability to the undersigned, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in the injury or death of the undersigned, whether caused by negligence of Releases or otherwise.

Pictures: I hereby grant permission to Metro USA Sports, to use pictures, and my name and/or likeness in any advertising or promotional materials without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Insurance: I claim and certify that an insurance policy of general health insurance has been issued for the participating player noted below in the event of injury in any way during participation in the Metro USA Sports summer training programs
