Team Coordinator Job Description
Metro Commercial Real Estate, the premiere retail real estate company in the tri-state area, is
seeking an individual to provide senior administrative support in their Mount Laurel, NJ office.
Position is ideal for an ambitious, self-motivated, and reliable person that has previous support
experience in commercial real estate.
Overview:
Performs high-level national account support, as well as administrative and business
detail as described below:
Principal Responsibilities:
National Accounts:
o Assist with coordination of administrative services for national retailers which
will include but is not limited to:
Tracking Spreadsheets
Commission Agreements
Handle interaction with principals of accounts
Coordinate tours, LOI negotiations, REC materials, strategy sessions
Coordinate communications between master broker, local brokers and
tenants
Commissions
o Manage commissions for agents, including preparing deal packs, invoicing
owners/landlords, following up with owners to collect past due commissions,
track Accounts/Receivables reports.
ICSC
o Handle scheduling of meetings for agents, book travel/hotel accommodations.
o When necessary, attend conventions.
Administrative Responsibilities:
o Coordinate communications between Leasing, Marketing and Accounting.
o Make detailed and complex travel arrangements.
o Manage detailed calendars and scheduling appointments/meetings.
o Submit detailed expense reports for agents.
o Create correspondence in Word and maintain Excel spreadsheets.
o Complete sensitive and confidential projects.
o Prepare presentation materials, reports, manuals, financial data, memoranda,
correspondence and agendas.

o Manage a wide range of critical tasks like collection of information, preparation
of meetings, database administration and retention of records.
REQUIRED (MUST-HAVE) QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Seven years of administrative support, with two years supporting executives.
Intermediate to advanced skill level in MS Word and Excel.
Excellent organizational skills and is detail oriented.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
PA/NJ Real Estate Salesperson’s License a plus!
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment, working both collaboratively and
independently, to meet deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously.
