Introduction
MBNL access credentials are managed by the One Identity Password Manager Self-Service feature.
Using Self-Service, users are able to unlock their MBNL Citrix accounts and reset their passwords without
needing the assistance of the MSSD helpdesk. The One Identity Password Manager uses a password policy
control feature that ensures that passwords are secure and comply with MBNL security policies.
Please read the instructions in this document thoroughly to manage your MBNL Citrix account with
Password Manager.

Prerequisite: A valid and active One Identity User account must have previously been established
How to Access Password Manager
Steps:
1. Access the MBNL One Identity Password Manager via
this link. https://selfservicepassword.mbnl.net/PMuser
2. The MBNL One Identity Password Manager will open ==>
3. Enter your MBNL One Identity user credentials:
• Enter One Identity Username
• Enter CAPTCHA characters
• Click OK to proceed.

Question and Answer Policy
The Question and Answer element provides an added level of security and requires you to answer specific questions in order to proceed. It also allows
you to create a question unique to yourself.
• Mandatory Questions
▪ These are standard for all users but the answers will be unique to yourself. You must provide an answer to each of these questions.
• User Defined Question
▪ You can select or create an optional question for your profile that is completely unique to yourself.
▪ Do not use “What is my Name” for example.
• Helpdesk Questions
▪ These are fall-back questions used by the Helpdesk to verify your identity when there is a need for assistance, for example if your
becomes locked and you need MSSD Support to recover it.
Setting up Your Question and Answer Profile
You now need to setup your personal Question and Answer profile, this will
help you recover your account password should it be forgotten. The profile
questions and answers must be completed, you can select from a selection
of pre-defined questions and add your own.
Make sure you keep a record of your responses in a safe place.

1. Select My Questions and Answer Profile
2. Select Questions
3. Click the Edit Questions link to specify complete the mandatory, optional and Helpdesk questions
4. Complete the mandatory, optional and helpdesk questions and associated answers. You must complete three mandatory questions and one unique question
5. Make a secure note of your responses for future reference
6. Click Next to save the questions and close the dialog
7. Your Question and Answer Profile is now configured

1. From the One Identity Password Manager Home page, click on Forgot My Password
2. Enter the pictorial characters you see in the CAPTCHA picture and click Next.

3. Answer the questions to authenticate based on the questions and answers you completed during registration.
4. Click Next

5. Enter the New Password ensuring it complies with the password policy, see slide 4.
6. Repeat the password in the Confirm Password field and click Next.
Note: Leave the ‘Enter the challenge code…’ field empty.

Note: As you enter the new Password, the
red text will turn to green on compliance with
the rule.
The only exceptions are the Dictionary &
Length rules; as these rules are checked for
compliance AFTER ‘Next’ is pressed.

3. Enter your password and click Next
4. Enter the New Password ensuring it complies with the password policy, see slide 4.

3. Enter your password in the Password field and click Next.
4. Subscribe to the notifications you require by ticking the appropriate options
5. When completed click Next

6. Your notification workflow is successfully configured and a notification email is sent to you.
