MALAYSIA Airsoft Games Rules and Regulations.
1. SAFETY.
Whilst Airsoft is as safe as it can be given its inherent physical dangers, it MUST be
understood that all safety instructions, directions, warnings and all other instructions
must be followed at all times during your time at the venue. You must listen carefully to
all safety instructions and ensure you are wearing any safety equipment or clothing
properly. If in any doubt you must seek further guidance and help from the activity
provider immediately. You must not attempt to go beyond your capabilities or engage in
risky or daring behavior. It is a given that you undertake the activity with the full
understanding of the dangers involved and accept responsibility for your own safety and
the risks involved in taking part together with that of any minors for whom you have
responsibility. You will be asked to sign a disclaimer (Attachment 1 or 2) before taking
part. If you refuse to sign a disclaimer you will not be able to take part and such anaction will be treated as a cancellation.
1.1. Airsoft Safety.
1.1.1. Always assume all guns are always loaded.
1.1.2. Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
1.1.3. Always keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on the target.
1.1.4. be sure of your target and what is beyond it.
1.2. Airsoft Games Site Safety.
1.2.1. Always be aware of your surroundings, remove or stay away from any potential
hazard.
1.2.2. Always Signal / Acknowledge / Warned of your team mate / buddies of potential
hazard on / near / close to their surroundings to remove or stay away or protect
themselves from any potential hazard.

1.2.4. Always try to maintain more than 15ft radius engagement range by retreat to
acceptance distance or move to another point of entry / tactical option. Be aware of
BANG! BANG! BANG! Call out and / or any Warning Shot; Continues whistle sharp blow
or CEASE FIRE!!!! Call out. See attachment 3

*Action.
1.2.4.1 - Sneak out and take view. Once you confirmed its a BANG! BANG! BANG! Call
out, Surrender yourself, retreat for cover beyond the 15ft radius engagement range and
re-engage.
1.2.4.2 - If you BANG! BANG! BANG! Call out in a Bunker or an Enclose Area and it is
more than one person inside the Bunker or an Enc lose Area Surrender yourself.
1.2.4.3 - If you are you BANG! BANG! BANG! Call out to a person or a team who are in
less than 15ft radius engagement range, do not engage them until they has retreat for
cover and are in engagement range. If they refused, stay calm and continue call out
BANG! BANG! BANG! (Applicable when you are stationary for Sniping or Defending
your Line.)
1.2.4.4 - If you heard a Continues whistle sharp blow or CEASE FIRE!!!! Call out, cease
fire and look for visual conformation. (Airsoft Marshal (AM) will raise his hands above
his head and cross his arms; and along with continues whistle sharp blow or CEASE
FIRE!!!! Call out) If you have visual, belay the CEASE FIRE!!!! Call out to all yourTEAMATES and wait for further instructions.
1.2.5. Lock andLoad your Airsoft only after you have received the instruction from
Chief Marshal of the day or ones you have confirmed GAME START SIGNAL by the
authorized personnel by the Organizer.
1.2.6. Do not smuggle any potential hazard material to the GAME SITE. Authorized
Personnel ONLY.
1.2.7. Call out Marshal if you suspect a danger or one of your teammate needs medical
emergency. Marshal will put the game on halt until a further action have been taken.
Game Organizer with advice from Chief Marshal will decide whether to continue or to
dismiss the game session. For the mean time all players must stay at their position and
wait for further instruction.

1.3. Safe Zone.
1.3.1. Before entering the Safe Zone from Game Site.
1.3.1.1 - Empty your magwel by removing the magazine.
1.3.1.2. - Clear your inner barrel at the testing range.

1.3.2. Airsoft Safety (no 1.1) must be practice at all time.
1.3.3. Use the Shooting Range to test your Airsoft AEG Accuracy / Electronics or
Mechanical Function.

2. ARRIVAL TIMES
You must be ready to take part in your Airsoft event at least 30 minutes prior to a
designated start-time to enable a full safety briefing to take place. The time you receive
on your confirmation is your start time not arrival time. No participant may take part in a
Airsoft session without attending a safety briefing as designated by the site in question.
3. EXCLUSION FROM VENUE
The Airsoft Game Site Officials has the right, at all times, to refuse participants access
to Airsoft games site at any stage of the games and remove them from their venue if in
their opinion the participants are under the permitted age; are unfit to take part in the
activity because of physical or mental impairment; be under the influence of alcohol or
drugs; have arrived too late to take part in the pre-activity briefing; consider them to be a
danger to themselves, other participants or members of staff ; or are displaying
aggressive and abusive behaviour (verbal or physical). If any of these occurrences
apply, the participation will have been deemed to have been cancelled and cancellationcharges will apply. There are no exceptions.
4. COMPLAINS
If you are dissatisfied with your activity in any respect, or you have any other complaint
about the activity provider or any other matter in relation to the venue or it's
performance, then you must speak to the Airsoft Game Site Manager (ASM) on the day
and come to an agreement about how you can resolve the situation. It will not be
considered reasonable if you have not brought your dissatisfaction to the attention of
the Airsoft Game Site Manager (ASM) at the time and then complain later. If you take
part in an activity, or a replacement offered by the activity provider on the day, it isdeemed that you consider that the activity of which you took part is entirely acceptable
to you and that a complaint at a later date is unlikely to be considered. All
communications with Airsoft Game Site Manager (ASM) must be in writing, as this
ensures that all aspects of the communication between us are clear and unambiguous.
Once received, Airsoft Game Site Officials will investigate and discuss the matter with
the relevant parties. When we have gathered all the necessary information, we will get
back to you.
5. AIRSOFT GAME MANAGEMENT.
5.1 Airsoft Game Site Officials.
5.1.1. Game Site Chief Airsoft Marshal. (CAM)
Responsibility.
Has overall authority over all persons and activities within the entire Airsoft Game
Site, Airsoft Safety, including Safe Zone, the operation of all DRILL & MISSIONS and
the application of these rules. All incidents, complains and appeals must be brought to

his attention. The Game Site Chief Airsoft Marshal (CAM) is usually a Senior Airsoft
Marshal appointed by Organizer and works with the Airsoft Game Site Manager.
(ASM). Game Site Chief Airsoft Marshal (CAM) has authority over all Airsoft Game Site
Officials other than the Airsoft Game Site Manager. (ASM) and Airsoft Game Site
Director. (ASD) (except when the Airsoft Game Site Manager. (ASM) and Airsoft Game
Site Director. (ASD) are actually participating as a player at the DRILL & MISSIONS),
and is responsible for decisions in matters concerning conduct and discipline. In the
event that a Airsoft Game Site Officials is disciplined, the Game Site Chief Airsoft
Marshal. (CAM) must send a report of the incident and details of the disciplinary action
to the Airsoft Game Site Manager. (ASM), the Airsoft Game Site Director. (ASD) Region
hosting the match, and to the President of Malaysia Airsoft Governing Body (Airsoft
Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. AMT).
5.1.1.1 Is a duty for Site Chief Airsoft Marshal. (CAM) to submit an official Airsoft Match
/ Games / Tournament Reports toAirsoft Governing Body (Airsoft Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.AMT) within 2 (two) weeks / 14 days (fourteen) after the event.

5.1.2. Game Site Airsoft Marshal. (AM)
Responsibility.
Oversees players compliance with the written DRILLS & MISSIONS briefing and closely
monitors safe competitor action. Reporting directly to Game Site Chief Airsoft Marshal.
(CAM)
5.1.3. Game Site Airsoft Coordinators. (AC)
Responsibility.
5.1.3.1. Advising the TEAM on Maintaining of Airsoft Safety, Game Site Safety and Safe

5.1.4.1 Airsoft Game Site Director. (ASD) is the only authorized personal granted by
President of Malaysia Airsoft Governing Body (Airsoft Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. AMT) to
ENDORSED Match / Games / Tournament Results.
5.1.5. Airsoft Game Site Manager. (ASM)(Representative Of the Organizers)Responsibility.
Handles overall match administration including scheduling DRILLS &
MISSIONS ; Airsoft Game Site , Airsoft Safety, including Safe Zone construction ; the
coordination of all support staff and the provision of services. His authority and
decisions will prevail with regard to all matters except in respect of matters in these
rules which are the domain of the Site Chief Airsoft Marshal (CAM). The Airsoft Game
Site Manager. (ASM) is the host organization and works with the Site Chief Airsoft
Marshal (CAM).
Organizers must, prior to commencement of a match, appoint a Airsoft Game Site
Manager. (ASM) and a Site Chief Airsoft Marshal (CAM) to carry out the duties detailed
in these rules. The nominated Site Chief Airsoft Marshal (CAM) should preferably be the
most competent and experienced certified Airsoft Game Site Officials present.
5.1.5.1. Is a duty forAirsoft Game Site Manager. (ASM) to circulate an official Airsoft
Match / Games / Tournament Clearance and Invitation Letter (Attachment 4 and 5) to
all potential participant / players within 1 (one) weeks / 7 days (seven) before the event.
5.1.5.2. Is a duty forAirsoft Game Site Manager. (ASM) to acknowledgeAirsoft
Governing Body (Airsoft Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. AMT) in regards to theAirsoft Match /
Games / Tournament planned by the Organizer to be approved or rejected, therefore
clashes of dates will be avoided. Approval of Airsoft Match / Games / Tournament are
determine by First come first served and Bookings basis.
5.1.5.3. Is a duty forAirsoft Game Site Manager. (ASM) to ensure All players at
sanction site are an Airsoft Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. registered members and above 18 yrs
old.
5.1.5.4. However if they are not an Airsoft Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. members yet, they are
encourage to register as a members and submit they may registration at the site.Airsoft
Game Site Manager. (ASM) will extend his service to submit their registration form on
their behalf to Airsoft Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. They will then have to collect their registration
card themself.
5.1.6. Airsoft Game Site Medical Emergency Responder. (SER)(A Certified Medical Emergency Technician / First Aid Responder.)

7.1.3. Reinforcements. / Airsoft Game Life.
Whenever any participant has been hit, He / She must call out Hit ! Hit ! Hit ! and at
the same time will tied the Red Ragloop to flash hider in the upright position and have
to follow any Reinforcements. / Airsoft Game Life Rules / Method which has been pre
decided by the Airsoft Event / Match / Tournament Management Committee.

7.1.3.1. Medic Life.
Medic Life is a concept that a Airsoft personal that have been hit during the Airsoft
Games Session will be revive once a marker applies to any part of his body by his
teammates who was assign as TEAM MEDIC.
7.1.3.1.1 Types of Medic Life Marker:
7.1.3.1.1.a Custom Made Arm Ban.
7.1.3.1.1.b. Crib Bandage.
7.1.3.1.1.c.
7.1.3.1.2. However the Airsoft Event / Match / Tournament Management Committee

7.1.3.1.2.4. To IMPOSE any type of PENALTIES / DEDUCTION or ADDING POINTS to
the TEAM MATCH / GAME POINTS. MAXIMUM PENALTIES / DEDUCTION or
ADITIONAL is 10 POINTS.
7.1.3.1.2.4.1. PENALTIES / DEDUCTION for Not Using the Medic Life Marker Supplied.
7.1.3.1.2.4.2. PENALTIES / DEDUCTION for Returning the Medic Life Marker Supplied
in UNSUFFICIENT QUANTITY.
7.1.3.1.2.4.3. ADDITIONAL POINTS for Using the Medic Life Marker Supplied and
Returning the Medic Life Marker Supplied in ACCEPTABLE SUFFICIENT QUANTITY.
(10% - 15 % Less the Quantities Supplied)
7.1.3.2. Spawn and Re-Spawn.
Spawning is the live creation of a character or item. Respawning is the recreation of an
entity after its death or destruction.
All players participant spawn at the start of a round, whereas some players may spawnafter the occurrence of a particular event or delay. A player spawning again in the same
round will usually be considered to be "respawning", especially if something occurred to
bring them back sooner than usual. The term "spawning" is used almost exclusively in
games where the participant repeatedly dies.
7.1.3.2.1. After being hit, the participant must comply with num. 7.1.3. Reinforcements. /
Airsoft Game Life and move to the nearest cover. Raise his hands above his head and
cross his arms and shout RE SPAWN. Then he may continue. Limitation of
"respawning" will be pre determine by the Organizer depending on the total numbers of
participant.
7.1.3.2.2. Spawn and Re-Spawn are advice only For Non Sanction Match. Where there
are less than 25 participant.
7.1.3.3. Dead Man Zone.
Similar to num. 7.1.3.2. Spawn and Re-Spawn. But instead of doing the action stated in
7.1.3.2.1, the participant must comply with num. 7.1.3. Reinforcements. / Airsoft Game
Life and move to the nearest designated Dead Man Zone and stay to a certain period of
time before re-entering the Hot Zone / Games. The length period of time which the
participant must stay inside the Dead Man Zone will be pre determine by the Organizer
depending on the total numbers of participant.
7.1.3.3.1. Attacking the Dead Man Zone or Direction of FIRE which intentionally or
intentionally cover the Dead Man Zone will be conducted as breaching the
DEMILITARIZED ZONE Agreement. In result the Marshal will stop the Airsoft Games
session and declare the winning to the particular Attacked Dead Man Zone.

7.1.3.4. The ROMEO Company.
The ROMEO Company or The R Company (Reinforcement Company) is a concept that
a big number of Airsoft personal that have been hit during the Airsoft Games Session
will be redeployed once it hits the pre determine strength of the company to the Airsoft
Games Site as the Reinforcement Company. This concept are applicable for a large
number of Airsoft players in the Airsoft Games Site. (+/-100 people)
7.1.3.4.1. The missions must have only 2 safe Dead Man Zone which will act as the
OPERATION BASE. The OPERATION BASE will be considered as DEMILITARIZED
ZONE and 15ft Buffer Zone will be applied. The organizer will pre determine the
minimum strength of the company for redeployment.
7.1.3.4.2. Attacking the OPERATION BASE or Direction of FIRE which intentionally or
intentionally cover the OPERATION BASE (during suppression fire to The R Company)
will be conducted as breaching the DEMILITARIZED ZONE Agreement. In result theMarshal will stop the Airsoft Games session and declare the winning to the particular
Attacked OPERATION BASE.
7.1.3.4.3. Organizer are advice to extend the 15ft Buffer Zone to the nearest covering
point. This is to allow the The R Company to have secure path to the games site without
being hit within 10ft after they are leaving the 15ft buffer zone.
7.1.4. Night Games.
Mandatory requirement for all Night Games participant to use and or switch on
1. Flash Light (preferably mounted to the AEG)or/and
2. Tracer Bbs and Tracer Units.
during ENGAGEMENT and or Shooting at the DESIGNATED TARGETS and or
OBJECTIVE.
8. Airsoft Game Site and Course Construction.
The following general regulations of Airsoft Game Site and Course Construction list the
criteria, responsibilities and restrictions applicable to Airsoft Game Site and Course
designers, host organizations and officials are governed by these regulations.
8.1. Physical Construction
Safety considerations in the design, physical construction, and stated requirements for
any Airsoft Game MISSIONS or DRILLS are the responsibility of the Airsoft Games Site
Manager. (ASM) subject to the approval of the Game Site Chief Airsoft Marshal. (CAM).
Reasonable effort must be made to prevent injury to participants, officials and
