It is im porta n t to highlight here tha t as part of the dra ft n otified for ob jection s, efforts ha ve b een m a de to propose the roa d n etwork with a view to m in im ize the distress for the people a n d a lso en surin g im proved c irc ula tion . However, if due toa n y errors of com m ission or om ission , ob jection s are rec eived on the a lign m en t , Authority in ten ds to con sider the a m en dm en t in suc h sec tion s of roa d n etwork to the exten t possib le without im pa c tin g the m a jor c irc ula tion n etwork.In a ddition , the provision s rega rdin g rea lign m en t of roa d in c a ses of im pa ct on existin g developm en ts ha ve b eenin c orporated as part of the Zon in g Regula tion s. 2) The existin g developm en ts whic h a re la wfully esta b lished sha ll c on tin ue to b e existin g un der the provision s of RM P 2031. However, in c a se, where suc h existin g developm en ts are proposed to b e redeveloped/ fresh perm ission s are sought sha ll b e govern ed b y the provision s RM P - 2031.3) The perm ission s gra n ted b y com peten t a uthorities un der regula tion s preva ilin g prior to approva l of RM P 2031 sha llb e deem ed to b e in c orporated in RM P 2031 even if the proposed la n d use shown in Proposed La n d Use M a p is n on -con firm in g.4) NGT b uffers as applic a b le to the La kes a n d Ra jka luve/ Strea m s sha ll b e m ea sured from the edge of la ke/ta n k a n d strea m s, for the la kes a n d strea m s as depic ted in Proposed La n d Use M a ps. However the a c tua l groun d position of suc h b uffers sha ll b e b a sed on Reven ue M a p a n d/ or as per groun d con dition a s c ertified b y Com peten t Authority.5) The Exten t of Forest La n ds sha ll b e a s determ in ed b y Forest Departm en t a n d/ or Reven ue a uthorities.6) Developm en ts within 100m t from the edge of n otified forest areas sha ll b e govern ed b y provision s of Karn a ta ka Forest Rules, 1969 a n d sha ll b e lia b le for n ec essary perm ission / NOC from Forest Departm en t.7) Developm en ts within Eco-Sen sitive Zon e of Ba n n erugha tta Nation a l Park/ Forest sha ll b e govern ed b y the n otific a tion a s issued b y M in istry of En viron m en t a n d Forest, GoI.8) Developm en ts within Zon e 1 a n d Zon e 3 a n d Zon e 4 of T.G Ha lli Reservoir a n d Ara ka va ti River sha ll b e govern ed b y n otific a tion issued b y Karn a ta ka Pollution Con trol Board, GoK.9) Developm en ts within 100m t from the edge of defen c e esta b lishm en ts like – Yela ha n ka Air Forc e Station , Air Forc e Chim n ey Hill Station , HAL Airport, a n d a n y other esta b lishm en t n otified b y Con c ern ed Authority sha ll ob ta in NOC from suc h Com peten t Authorities.10) Buildin g fa llin g within the a ir fun n el zon es of HAL, Ja kkur, Yela ha n ka Air Forc e Station sha ll ob ta in n ec essary height c lea ra n c e, if required, from HAL, YAF a n d AAI.11) Proposed La n d Use M a ps are to b e rea d in c on jun c tion with ZR a n d PD Reports.12) For Herita ge b uildin gs a n d sites NOC sha ll b e ob ta in ed either from com peten t a uthority as prescrib ed in ZR.13) Open Spa c es a n d CA sites in a n a pproved la yout sha ll rem a in irrespec tive of la n d use assign ed to suc h parc elsin suc h a pproved la youts.14) The proposed a lign m en ts for m etro/ m on o ra il a n d station s are in dic a tive in n a ture a n d a re sub jec ted to feasib ility.
