  To whom it may concern:  Kindly allow this correspondence to serve as my reference and employment recommendation for Ralph Paulino.  I have known Ralph for a number of years, having been a partner in the firm of Valle & Craig, P.A. at the time he was hired there in 2000.  I had the opportunity to work with Ralph for over 7 years, until I departed that firm  in 2007.   Over the years, Ralph was an outstanding employee to work with.   He was dedicated to his job, loyal, closely followed instructions, completed tasks timely, and perhaps best of all, considering his job in Office Services management, he was very thorough and resourceful.  I would also be remiss  if  I did not add  that his good humor was a welcome attribute, as he often made an otherwise stressful job and work environment much more enjoyable.    Thus, based on my experience with Ralph over the years, I am pleased to give him recommendation for employment,  and would make myself  available  to  speak with  potential  employers  as  a  reference  to elaborate on the above.  Best Regards,
