In 1982, Lonnie Johnson was in the NASA program when he thought about making the super soaker.
The Super Soaker made a big hit in 1996.
Hasbro and Larami worked with Lonnie to publish the super soaker.
The super soakers began to fly in the
nerf line in 1996.That happened because
of more super soakers being made.
In 1982 the prototype of the super soaker was made.
Now many more super soakers are
made.
