GREETINGS TO ALL PERIANESTHESIA NURSES!The ASPAN ANCC-COA Accredited Provider Unit has consistently provided excellent information through up-to-date seminars, webinar modules, and live webcasts. These educational offerings support the Future of Nursing: Campaign for Action recommendation to ensure that nurses engage in lifelong learning.1
The profession of perianesthesia nursing is exceptional and unique. Our practice is always evolving; the way we learn is continually changing. ASPAN provides a variety of ways to obtain the continuing education needed to practice in the fast-paced environment of perianesthesia nursing. To better suit the necessities of your busy schedule, ASPAN offers flexibility in meeting your educational needs. We offer a wide range of educational offerings to address the interests of all perianesthesia nurses. Our speakers are nationally recognized, highly qualified, and active members of ASPAN. Please know that ASPAN and our ANCC-COA Accredited Provider Unit are always exploring new seminar topics of interest in different perianesthesia work settings. We are excited to now offer four up-to-date, two-hour webcasts, developed on the request of members wanting shorter education sessions.
To my perianesthesia colleagues, build on your strengths and elevate your practice by taking advantage of the wonderful programs ASPAN has to offer. registration will close at midnight on Wednesday of the week prior to the seminar.) Please call the National Office after this time for registration information.
• Registration is limited and taken on a first come, first served basis.• A seminar will be closed when registration capacity is reached. • Please note that registration cannot be accepted or processed unless accompanied by appropriate tuition payment. Please keep this in
mind if applying to your facility for payment of the registration fee. Do so in a timely manner.• Registering at the event is not recommended. You will not have access to your evaluations or certificate until your registration form is
received and processed at the National Office. You are not guaranteed a seat or entrance to the seminar, unless you are preregistered. No handouts will be provided to onsite registrants. You will be able to download and save the handout for one week following the seminar date.
