Cloud Hosting means that you access your dashboard (Word Press control panel) from any p.c.
Your site will be live and will include a .wordpress.com domain extension
It is possible to buy a cheap .com domain and map it to your wordpress account.

The Dashboard is the most important area of WordPress, this is the section that allows us to build and maintain your site

All new sites have a default entry called “Hello World”, you can delete or edit this entry

You can add or manage categories in order to group your posts and make them easier to find and finally you can post tags

You can upload media files including video, images and audio etc to your library via the media panel
Click Add New under the library to add items
You will be able to view or remove items from this panel too

You can view all external hyperlinks in your website at a glance and modify them centrally through the links option

This link allows you to view your current pages and also to add new

By default comments are enable on every page and post in your website
You can view comments and feedback by clicking on these options
