What to Expect
1.5 hour Curriculum Development session One-on-one meetings (development of the specific training
objectives and methods, finalize web page) Dry run occurs at Viking Studios two weeks prior
Another meeting has been found to be helpful in addition to the dry run Final materials due the Friday prior to your live event The 60-90 minute live webinar event will take place A debrief session may be scheduled to discuss how the webinar
went, review survey results, and brainstorm areas for improvement on subsequent training sessions

What to Expect Plan to arrive at the studio one hour ahead of the live
event Viking technical staff will provide a studio tour My role as on-site training support Informal debrief at the conclusion of the live event Discuss/suggest any highlights of the program to use
as a program excerpt Exit surveys results are shared with the co-instructors
