What is Jamlist?
Jamlist is not a distributor. It is a direct-to-business hospitality industry e-commerce platform that provides hotels, restaurants, bars and cafes with:
• A single resource to find and buy hundreds of international artisanal and premium products directly from the manufacturers and designers.
• A secure payment gateway. • A bespoke account manager to become your
part of your procurement team.
Our aim is to replace the traditional distributor with a direct to business model.
Why was
Jamlist created?
Who is Jamlist aimed at?
Jamlist wants to give artisanal & non-mainstream manufacturers a chance to sell to global buyers.
But difficulty in finding and dealing with them meant that customers revert back to their normal distributor.
The co-founders experienced this when setting up restaurants and decided to build a better solution – one that removed distributors.
Jamlist is aimed at anyone who wants their OSE to be part of their value proposition and wants to find new and exciting manufacturers.
You could be an independent bar or the head of procurement for a major hotel chain, but your requirements remain the same.

Jo Davies
Jo Davies is a ceramicist specialising in wheel-
throwing porcelain, working in Hackney, East
London.Her practice includes hand-making a
fine porcelain design range, lighting and unique
objects. Her individual approach to wheel-
thrown ceramics, where high-fired porcelain
often appears paradoxically to be fresh off the
wheel, balances softness with rigidity,
smoothness with weight and tactility.
All Jo Davies Ceramics work is wheel-thrown by Jo;
from the smallest cup to a large, unique vessel,
every object is individual. Each piece acts as a
reflection of the shape of Jo’s hands as well
as her intentions as a ceramic designer. The
enjoyment of the making process and the
continuing development of an evolving creativity are
what drive her practice.
As a Royal College of Art MA graduate, she exhibits
internationally and has worked with, the National
Portrait Gallery, Yorkshire Sculpture Park, the
Hepworth Wakefield, Somerset House, Heals and
the National Trust. Her work is held at the
Contemporary Ceramics Centre in Bloomsbury and
the Cheongju International Craft Competition holds
her work in their permanent collection.

Aderia Glass
Ishizuka Glass manufactures a wide range of
glass products, from tableware to beverage
bottles. Our factory is equipped with equipment
and craftsmen who can handle a variety of
manufacturing, and under strict quality control,
we supply most of the glass products
distributed in Japan. It is said that it started in
1819, and since then it has been involved in
various products. Here, we will introduce the
history of Ishizuka Glass and its tableware
brand ADERIA.
Ishizuka Glass has its roots in glass manufacturing,
which was started by Iwasaburo Ishizuka in the
present Dota, Kani City, Gifu Prefecture in 1819. At
that time, he worked on beadro work as an order
from the Owari feudal lord, and since then, he has
been pursuing further glass manufacturing with the
Meiji Taisho era.
The turning point was in 1927. With the success of
melting white dough in the Siemens tank kiln for the
first time in Japan, Ishizuka Glass will move on to
mass production. The current Iwakura factory
started operation in 1961, and the bottle business
expanded with the full-scale entry into the tableware
business, at which time "ADERIA" was born.

Stalwart
Defined as being of outstanding strength
and vigour, the name Stalwart encapsulates
everything I wanted to create with my range
of designer aprons and accessories.
Not for you to simply look the part, but for you to
have a trusted ‘stalwart’ which will become your
go-to wearable aid for years and years to come.
My name is Tim De Ket, and I now run this
business having taken over the craft from
my Father, who began the business way
back in 1997.
I’ve grown up surrounded by and immersed
in the world of aprons for as long as I can
remember! In fact, the whole family lived and
breathed aprons, having them stored at home
in the garage, the loft, the dining room – even
the lounge – at times.
Our passion for aprons was born in Holland in
1997. In the last 19 years the business
developed a lot, but the love and passion for
handcrafted aprons never faded but only
became stronger when it was passed from
father to son. Today, Stalwart specialises in
handcrafted leather aprons made in a atelier in
the Netherlands.

Asianera
Asianera began in 1995 as a small
studio workshop specializing in hand-
painted porcelain with big dreams. The
founders, Grace Liu and Jian Ping (JP)
Li, wanted to prove that world-class,
design-oriented fine china could still be
produced from the country that
originally defined porcelain beauty.
From the start, Grace and JP have only focused on
developing and producing high quality fine bone
china products. As a result, developing the nascent
product line was slow and difficult. But by targeting
the high-end high-quality market, Asianera was able
to leap-frog over their competitors from the start.
Their fresh and unique designs also clearly
distinguished their product style from others.
It was a tough challenge, but they’ve never
had to look back.
