PHILADELPHIA Fruit PizzaPrep Time: 15 min. Total Time: 59 min. plus refrigerating Makes: 12 servings
What You Need
1 pkg. (16.5 oz.) refrigerated sliceable sugar cookies, sliced 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened 1/4 cup sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla 4 cups assorted fresh fruit (kiwi and strawberry slices, red and black raspberries, drained canned mandarin oranges)1/4 cup apricot preserves, pressed through sieve to remove lumps
1 Tbsp. water
Make It
HEAT oven to 375F.
LINE 12-inch pizza pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Arrange cookie dough slices in single layer in prepared pan; press together to completely cover bottom of pan. Bake 14 min.; cool completely.
INVERT onto plate; carefully remove foil. Turn crust over; place on plate.
BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended; spread onto crust. Top with fruit.
MIX preserves and water; brush onto fruit. Refrigerate 2 hours.

Easy Southern Banana PuddingPrep Time: 20 min. plus refrigerating Makes: 14 servings, about 2/3 cup each
What You Need 3 cups cold milk 2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding 30 vanilla wafers 3 bananas, sliced 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
Make ItBEAT pudding mixes and milk with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min.
ARRANGE half the wafers on bottom and up side of 2-qt. serving bowl; top with layers of half each of the banana slices and pudding. Repeat all layers. Cover with COOL WHIP.
REFRIGERATE 3 hours.

Berry Summer Poke Cake
What You Need 2 cups boiling water 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin 1/4 cup KOOL-AID Lemonade Flavor Sugar-Sweetened Drink Mix 4 fresh strawberries, sliced 2 small kiwi, peeled, sliced 1/2 cup blueberries
Make It ADD boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in soft drink mix.
PLACE fruit in 12 (3-oz.) ice pop molds; pour gelatin mixture over fruit in molds. Insert wooden pop sticks into molds.
FREEZE 3 hours or until firm.
Fruity Lemonade PopsPrep Time: 20 min. plus freezing Makes: 12 servings

What You Need 1 pkg. (2-layer size) white cake mix 1 cup boiling water 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin 1/2 cup cold water 1 cup quartered fresh strawberries 1/2 cup each fresh blueberries, blackberries and raspberries 1 Tbsp. KOOL-AID Strawberry Flavor Sugar-Sweetened Drink Mix 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
Make It PREPARE cake batter and bake in 13x9-inch pan as directed on package. Cool cake in pan 15 min. Pierce cake with large fork or skewer at 1/2-inch intervals.
ADD boiling water to gelatin mix in small bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water; slowly pour over cake. Refrigerate 3 hours. Meanwhile, toss berries with drink mix. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
FROST cake with COOL WHIP; top with berries.
Prep Time: 25 min. Total Time: 55 min. plus refrigerating Makes: 16 servings

What You Need 1-1/2 qt. (6 cups) cold water 3/4 cup KOOL-AID Tropical Punch Flavor Sugar-Sweetened Drink Mix 1 cup orange juice 1 cup mango nectar 1 cup ice cubes
Make It ADD water to drink in 2-qt. glass or glass pitcher; stir until mix is dissolved.
STIR in remaining ingredients.

What You Need 3 qt. (12 cups) popped popcorn 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup light corn syrup1/3 cup butter 1 env. (0.13 oz. to 0.23 oz.) KOOL-AID Unsweetened Drink Mix, any flavor1/2 tsp. baking soda
Make It HEAT oven to 225F.
SPREAD popcorn evenly onto bottom of 15x10x1-inch pan.
BRING sugar, corn syrup and butter to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat; cook 3 min., stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add drink mix and baking soda; mix well. Pour over popcorn; stir gently to evenly coat popcorn.
BAKE 10 min. Remove from oven; stir. Repeat 3 times for a total baking time of 40 min.
SPREAD onto large sheet of waxed paper sprayed with cooking spray; cool completely. Break into pieces.

What You Need 2-3/4 cups flour 1 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 cup butter or margarine, softened1-2/3 cups sugar 2 eggs 2 env. (0.13 oz. to 0.23 oz.) KOOL-AID Unsweetened Drink Mix, any 2 flavors
Make It HEAT oven to 325F.
MIX flour, baking powder and salt. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition.
DIVIDE dough in half; mix different flavor dry drink mix into each portion of dough.
DROP rounded tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
BAKE 13 to 14 min. or until centers are slightly puffed. Cool on baking sheet 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

Mini Strawberry Pretzel JarsPrep Time: 20 min. plus refrigerating Makes: 10 servings
What You Need 1 cup finely crushed pretzels
1/4 cup sugar, divided 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted 6 oz. (3/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened 1 Tbsp. milk1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping 1 cup boiling water 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin 3/4 cup cold water 2 cups sliced strawberries
Make It MIX pretzel crumbs, 2 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press onto bot-toms of 10 (4-oz.) jelly jars, adding about 3 Tbsp. to each.
BEAT cream cheese, milk and remaining sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Stir in COOL WHIP; spoon over crusts. Spread with back of spoon to form even layer. Refrigerate until ready to use.
ADD boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened.
STIR berries into gelatin; spoon over cream cheese layers in jars. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

Make It MIX cream cheese, honey, yogurt and zest until blended.
CUT watermelon into flower shapes with small flower-shaped cookie cutter.

Potato Facts When cooking potatoes for a potato salad, remember that the potatoes will continue to cook even after you have drained them. As soon as the cooked potatoes are fork tender, drain them, then run them under cold water to quickly cool them. When in doubt, it is better to undercook the potatoes rather than overcooking them.

How to Shred Lettuce or Cabbage
Cut head of cored iceberg lettuce or cabbage in half. Place each half,
cut-side down, on cutting board. Cut across the halves into thin slices, then

refrigerator in a perforated plastic bag, or loosely wrapped in a plastic bag for up to 2 weeks. Tightly wrap

What You Need 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon 4 OSCAR MAYER Wieners 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened1/3 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses1/4 cup finely chopped pickled jalapeos 1 ripe avocado, mashed 1 bottle (8 oz.) KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing, divided 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Original Barbeque Sauce 4 hot dog buns
Make It PREHEAT grill to medium heat.
WRAP 1 bacon slice around each wiener; secure ends of bacon to wieners with wooden toothpicks.
GRILL 6 to 8 min. or until bacon is crisp and wieners are heated through, turning frequently. Remove toothpicks.
MIX cream cheese, shredded cheese and jalapeos in a small bowl until blended. Mix avocado and 1/2 cup dressing in separate bowl until blended. Mix barbeque sauce and remaining dressing in third small bowl until blended.
SPREAD buns with cream cheese mixture. Fill buns with wieners; drizzle with avocado mixture and barbeque sauce mixture.
