Inviting youngsters to apply, but How?

The Focus has been to invite many more young Indians from the Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities of India primarily to inspire them:
● So they can go back and start-up● Create jobs● Make Change happen
Hence the main way for marketing had to be Print Media.
Challenges?
We put newspaper ad's across 12-15 states and then it would start:
● Calls from 6am till 1am non-stop● We missed calls while we were taking calls● We did not know from where the calls were
coming● We did not know which newspaper ad helped

The Solution?
● Ajay suggested a very innovative idea, to take multiple different numbers for different Print Media advertisements
● He also mentioned we could add an IVR at the start of the call which helped us spread the word on our Sponsors – they loved it!
● Exotel was simple, we got 1 demo and from then on everything was so smooth, we did not have to talk to anyone.
