Because Scientists have to beCutting Edge !
The article that came on top in the Google search came 63rd in a ”Newest First“ sort of the same search performed on IEEE Xplore on the same day –i.e. 62 new works on a similar topic were published since it first came outEnough time for it to get cited by 14 othersIt takes time for any work to move up in Google’s popularity ranking
