INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES2021-2022 | Boston/Remote

CP seeks a Finance Intern that will supportthe finance team in the preparation offinancial reports, financial planning, andmanagement of the accounting operations.The successful candidate will want to growin the areas of nonprofit financialmanagement, reconciliation of accounts,and audit compliance.

CP is looking for two Marketing andCommunications (M&C) Interns to managethe organization's online presence andcommunication for programs, fundraisers,and events. M&C interns will have directimpact of CP’s marketing campaigns andsocial media. Reporting to the ExecutiveDirector, successful candidates will workclosely with the M&C team to effectivelybrand and promote the organization.

CP seeks two youth programming interns tohelp execute CP’s core programming.Successful candidates will support theoperations and expansion of CP's Peer Leaderand Community and School-Based programs.Reporting to the Sr. Program Manager, theseindividuals will work closely with programfellows, community partners, youthparticipants, and volunteers to ensure highquality facilitation of CP's curriculum.

CP seeks a Data Intern that will support theData & Development team with program datacollection, data analysis, and management ofCP's Network Mapping. Reporting to theAssociate Director, the successful candidatewill contribute to CP's data-focusedpartnerships and implement successfulstorytelling through data practices.

CP seeks a Development Intern to supportthe Data & Development team with seeking,screening, and applying to values-alignedgrant opportunities. Reporting to theAssociate Director, the successful candidatewill contribute to grant reporting andenhance the grant management process.

CP seeks a Mentor Program Fellow to co-develop and execute mentor program for itssecond year. The successful candidate willact as lead liaison for mentors, enhancesystem and processes, and implementstrategic goals for sustainability andscalable success for mentor program.Reporting to the Senior Program Manager,this fellow will foster community amongstmentors, launch resource sharing initiatives,and co-create program goals.

CP seeks a Youth Programs Fellow to lead thestrategic execution of CP’s peer leader,school-based, and community-basedprogramming. Successful candidates willsupport the operations and expansion of CP'sprograms. Reporting to the Sr. Program Manager, the successful candidate will workclosely with program interns, communitypartners, youth participants, and volunteersto ensure high quality facilitation of CP'scurriculum.

CP seeks a Network Management Fellow toact as the point of contact for CP's greaternetwork including previous, current, andprospective community partners. Reportingto the Associate Director, the successfulcandidate will spearhead CP's NetworkMapping project. Along with the data anddevelopment team, this individual willimplement innovative practices to ensureefficiency and sustainability in the networkmanagement process and the upkeep ofthe network database.
