1.3 Elementos de protecciónLa cerradura del armario eléctrico hace las veces de elemento de seguridad.
Solamente los electricistas cualificados o el personal técnico debi-damente formado pueden quitar los elementos de protección.
AdvertenciaAntes de desmontar un elemento de protección es pre-ciso cortar la corriente eléctrica a la unidad con el seccio-nador de seguridad.
Mientras la unidad esté en funcionamiento, todos los elementos de protección, así como la caja de conexiones de la parte superior, deben estar montados, y todas las puertas de inspección deben estar cerradas.
1.4 GlicolAdvertencia No vierta nunca glicol por un desagüe; recójalo en un recipiente y llévelo a un centro de reciclaje, punto limpio, etc. La ingestión de glicol es peligrosa y puede producir intoxicación o lesiones renales, con peligro de muerte. ¡Acuda inmediatamente al médico! Evitar también la inhalación de vapores de glicol en espacios cerrados. Si le entra glicol en los ojos, láveselos con agua abundante durante unos 5 minutos. Si se salpica la piel con glicol, lávese con agua y jabón.
1. Instrucciones de seguridadTodas las personas que vayan a realizar algún trabajo en la unidad deben leer estas instrucciones antes de empezar. La garantía perderá su validez si se producen daños en la unidad o en alguno de sus componentes a causa de una manipulación errónea o un uso incorrecto por parte del cliente o del instalador por no respetar estas instrucciones.
AdvertenciaSolo los electricistas cualificados y el personal de puesta a punto formado por Swegon están autorizados a realizar trabajos en el sistema eléctrico y las funciones externas de cableado de la unidad de tratamiento de aire.
1.1 Seccionador de seguridad/ interruptor principalEn las unidades de tamaño 035/080 el seccionador de seguri-dad está instalado en el lado derecho del cuadro eléctrico, en la sección central del equipo.
En general, la unidad se debe encender y apagar con el terminal de mano, no con el seccionador de seguridad.
No olvide poner en la posición de apagado el seccionador de seguridad antes de hacer trabajos de mantenimiento si no se indica otra cosa en las instrucciones correspondientes.
1.2 Riesgos AdvertenciaAntes de efectuar cualquier trabajo en la unidad, asegú-rese de que esté aislada de la corriente eléctrica.
Zonas de riesgo por piezas móvilesLas piezas móviles son los rodetes de ventilador.
Las puertas de inspección con cerradura sirven de dispositivos de seguridad de los ventiladores. Si no hay conductos conectados a las salidas de ventilador, es preciso tapar bien estas con un elemento de seguridad (pantalla de malla de alambre).
AdvertenciaLas puertas de inspección de las secciones de filtro y ven-tilador no se deben abrir con la unidad en marcha. Detenga la unidad desde el terminal de mano. Espere a que los ventiladores se detengan antes de abrir la puerta. En la sección de ventilador hay sobrepresión, por lo que la puerta podría abrirse súbitamente. Guarde la llave en lugar seguro, lejos de la unidad de tratamiento de aire.

2. Cuestiones generales
2.1 Manejo de la unidad de tra-tamiento de aire antes de la puesta en marchaLa unidad de tratamiento de aire y sus conexiones a conductos deben protegerse contra la humedad y la condensación hasta la puesta en marcha.
2.2 Ámbito de aplicaciónLas unidades GOLD están diseñadas para garantizar una venti-lación de confort. Dependiendo de la versión elegida, pueden utilizarse en locales como oficinas, colegios, guarderías, edificios oficiales, tiendas, edificios residenciales, etc.
Las unidades GOLD CX también se pueden utilizar para la venti-lación de locales moderadamente húmedos, pero no en lugares en los que la humedad es continuamente alta, por ejemplo, en piscinas cubiertas.
Para disfrutar de todas las ventajas que ofrece el sistema GOLD, es importante tener en cuenta las características especiales de las unidades de tratamiento de aire al planificar el proyecto, y también durante la instalación, el ajuste y el funcionamiento de las unidades.
La unidad de tratamiento de aire, en su versión básica, debe instalarse en interiores. Si se va a instalar a la intemperie, es pre-ciso equiparla con el accesorio TBTA/TBTB. Si los accesorios para conducto se instalan a la intemperie, es preciso alojarlos en una envolvente aislada (tipo TCxx).
ImportanteLea las instrucciones de seguridad de la sección 1, pues detallan los riesgos relacionados con el uso de la unidad y las personas que deben encargarse de su manejo y mantenimiento. Siga cuidadosamente las instrucciones de instalación que se describen en cada sección.
Las placas de identificación del producto están situadas en el lado de inspección de la unidad de tratamiento de aire y en una pared interior de la sección de ventiladores. Utilice los datos que figuran en ellas si tiene que ponerse en contacto con Swegon.
2.3 Diseño mecánicoLas unidades GOLD CX se fabrican en 4 tamaños físicos y en 8 rangos de caudal de aire.
La chapa exterior de acero está pintada del color gris metalizado de Swegon (color RAL más parecido: 9007). Las asas y las franjas decorativas son negras. Material interior: chapa de acero con tratamiento aluzinc. Categoría ambiental C4. Panel de 52 mm de espesor con una capa intermedia de aislante de lana mineral.
Las unidades GOLD CX tienen filtros de aire de impulsión y de aire de retorno de fibra de vidrio de clase ePM10 60% (M5) o ePM1 50% (F7).
En las unidades GOLD CX integrales de tamaño 035-080, los intercambiadores de calor de batería se entregan totalmente montados de fábrica, incluida la unidad de acoplamiento de la batería con todos los componentes necesarios. Normalmente el sistema se llena de líquido, se purga de aire, se ajusta y se somete a pruebas de funcionamiento antes de la entrega. No obstante, también se puede pedir sin llenar, por ejemplo en proyectos de reacondicionamiento o reforma o si la aplicación requiere un líquido distinto al habitual, que es etilenglicol al 30%. Para las unidades de tamaño 100/120 se puede adquirir como accesorio una unidad de acoplamiento de tubos que se suministra sin montar.
Los ventiladores de aire de impulsión y de aire de retorno son de tipo GOLD Wing+, es decir, de tipo axial-radial con palas inclina-das hacia atrás. Además son de accionamiento directo y tienen un sistema de control del motor para regulación variable de la velocidad.
2.4 Sistema de controlEl sistema de control es IQlogic, basado en microprocesador e integrado en la unidad de tratamiento de aire. El sistema controla y regula los ventiladores, el intercambiador de calor, las temperaturas, los caudales de aire, los tiempos de funcio-namiento y gran cantidad de funciones internas y externas y alarmas.
2.5 Documentación medioam-bientalLa declaración sobre los materiales empleados en la fabricación se puede descargar de nuestra págiga web www.swegon.com (aplicable únicamente a Suecia).
La unidad de tratamiento de aire está diseñada de modo que se pueda desmontar totalmente con facilidad. Cuando llegue al final de su vida útil, tendrá que contratar los servicios de una empresa de reciclaje autorizada para su eliminación.
El peso reciclable de la GOLD ronda el 94% de su peso inicial.

2.6 Componentes de las unidades de tratamiento de aireSus componentes son los que se detallan en el esquema y la breve descripción que figuran a continuación.

La unidad de tratamiento de aire se puede solicitar en versión a derechas (figura 3a) o a izquierdas (figura 3b).
La unidad de tratamiento de aire que aparece en la figura 3a tiene la disposición de ventiladores 1. No obstante, también se puede pedir con la disposición de ventiladores 2, en la que los ventiladores y los filtros se encuentran en una posición invertida (espejo) en vertical.
En la versión a izquierdas (figura 3b) cambian la función y el nombre de los componentes marcados con un asterisco (el nom-bre de los componentes se asigna en función de que se dediquen al aire de impulsión o de retorno).

3. Ajuste
3.1 GeneralidadesSecuencia de ajuste:
1. Compruebe que no haya objetos extraños dentro de la unidad, el sistema de conductos o las secciones funcionales.
2. Ponga el seccionador de seguridad en la posición de encen-dido (I).
3. Seleccione el idioma deseado, si aún no lo ha hecho. Consulte la Sección 4.7 del "Manual de funcionamiento, Instalación" de GOLD
4. La unidad de tratamiento se entrega con ajustes de fábrica que permiten ponerla en funcionamiento de manera inme-diata. Consulte el informe de puesta en servicio (documento aparte).
Sin embargo, en muchos casos es necesario modificar dichos ajustes para adaptarlos a la instalación.
Si es necesario, introduzca el ajuste de posición de venti-ladores (lado de inspección). Consulte la Sección 4.10 del "Manual de funcionamiento, Instalación".
Programe el temporizador, el modo de funcionamiento, las temperaturas, los caudales de aire y las funciones como se indica en la Sección 4 del "Manual de funcionamiento, Insta-lación".
Seleccione la unidad de medida que desee utilizar para el caudal de aire: l/s, m3/s, m3/h o cfm.
Rellene el informe de puesta en servicio y guárdelo en el por-tadocumentos de la unidad de tratamiento de aire.
En algunos casos puede ser necesario ajustar la banda P y el tiempo I si el sistema de regulación de la calefacción presenta oscilaciones o reacciona con demasiada lentitud. Para hacerlo tendrá que introducir un código especial; consulte a su repre-sentante de Swegon.
5. Si es necesario, active el modo de funcionamiento manual o automático (Panel) o defina una velocidad fija para los venti-ladores (vista AJUSTE AIRE). Ajuste el sistema de conductos y los difusores de aire según la Sección 3.2.
6. Compruebe y ajuste, si es preciso, el equilibrio de presiones en la unidad de tratamiento de aire como se indica en la Sección 3.3.
7. Para terminar, calibre los filtros de acuerdo con la Sección 3 del "Manual de funcionamiento, Instalación".

3.2 Ajuste del sistema de con-ductos y los difusores de airePara evitar un consumo energético innecesario de los ventilado-res, es importante mantener al nivel más bajo posible la pérdida de carga en el sistema. También es importante que los sistemas de conductos y los difusores de aire estén correctamente ajusta-dos para proporcionar el confort previsto.
Al ajustar los difusores de aire y los sistemas de conductos de la unidad GOLD, es conveniente aplicar el método de la proporcio-nalidad.
Con este método, la relación entre los caudales de aire en los conductos secundarios se mantiene constante aunque se modi-fique el caudal de aire en los conductos principales. La misma relación se aplica a los difusores de aire de la instalación.
Al ajustar el sistema de conductos se puede bloquear el régimen de los ventiladores de la unidad a un caudal predefinido con-creto; consulte la Sección 4.1.7 del "Manual de funcionamiento, Instalación".
3.2.1 Secuencia de ajusteEl sistema se debe ajustar con arreglo a la siguiente secuencia:1. Ajuste de los difusores de aire de cada conducto secundario.2. Ajuste de los conductos secundarios.3. Ajuste de los conductos principales.
3.2.2 Procedimiento de puesta en marcha1. Abra por completo todos los difusores de aire y compuertas.
2. Calcule el cociente entre el caudal medido y el proyectado de todos los difusores de aire, conductos secundarios y conduc-tos principales. El difusor de aire de cada conducto secundario que presente el cociente más bajo debe permanecer total-mente abierto. Este será el DIFUSOR DE AIRE ÍNDICE. Proceda del mismo modo con las compuertas de conducto secundario y las compuertas de conducto principal.
Ejemplo de ajuste
– Ajuste en primer lugar el conducto secundario B, dado que es el que tiene el cociente más alto.
– La última unidad terminal, B3, es la que presenta el cociente más bajo, por lo que debe estar totalmente abierta.
Ajuste las otras unidades terminales, B1 y B2, de modo que tengan el mismo cociente que la unidad B3 (consulte el punto 5 anterior).
– A continuación ajuste las unidades terminales del conducto secundario C. Abra totalmente la unidad C4 y ajuste las demás de modo que presenten el mismo cociente.
– Ajuste las unidades terminales del conducto secundario A. La unidad terminal índice es, en este caso, la A3, por lo que hay que ajustar en primer lugar la unidad terminal A4 (unidad termi-nal de referencia) de modo que tenga el mismo cociente que la unidad A3, y luego las otras para que tengan el mismo cociente que la unidad A4.
– Regule las compuertas de los conductos secundarios B y C al mismo cociente que la del conducto secundario A.
Compruebe que todas las compuertas presenten el mismo cociente.
Una vez terminado el ajuste, 3 unidades terminales y una com-puerta de conducto secundario deben estar totalmente abiertas para que la presión en el sistema sea lo más baja posible.

Una vez finalizado el ajuste, un difusor de aire de cada ramal, una compuerta de conducto secundario y una compuerta de conducto principal estarán, por tanto, totalmente abiertos.
3. Ajuste en primer lugar el conducto principal y el conducto secundario que presenten el cociente más alto. Se empieza así porque de ese modo se empuja el aire hacia delante, hacia las partes del sistema que tienen menos aire.
4. Ajuste el último difusor de aire del conducto secundario de manera que tenga el mismo cociente que el difusor de aire índice. Este difusor será el DIFUSOR DE AIRE DE REFERENCIA. Muchas veces, el último difusor de aire del conducto secunda-rio es el que tiene el cociente más bajo, y ha de estar abierto. En este caso, el difusor de aire índice y el difusor de aire de referencia son el mismo.
5. Ajuste los demás difusores de aire del conducto secundario al cociente que tenga la unidad de referencia.
NOTA El cociente de la unidad de referencia cambiará cada vez que ajuste otro difusor de aire, lo que significa que, en la práctica, se puede definir un cociente un poco más alto para el difusor de aire de referencia. Además, es preciso medir la unidad de referencia cada vez que se ajusta un difusor de aire.
6. Pase al conducto secundario que tenga el siguiente cociente más alto y ajuste sus difusores de aire, y así sucesivamente.
NOTA Mantenga totalmente abiertas todas las compuertas de conducto secundario hasta que haya terminado de ajustar los difusores de aire.
7. Ajuste la compuerta de conducto secundario con el cociente más alto al mismo cociente que el conducto secundario con el cociente más bajo.
NOTA Tenga en cuenta que el cociente de la compuerta índice cambiaré por lo que deberé proceder como se indica en el punto 5.
8. Cuando estén ajustados todos los conductos secundarios, ajuste del mismo modo las compuertas de conducto principal.
Consulte el ejemplo de ajuste que figura a continuación.

4. MantenimientoAdvertenciaAntes de efectuar cualquier trabajo en la unidad, asegú-rese de que esté aislada de la corriente eléctrica.
4.1 Cambio de filtrosLos filtros de fibra de vidrio se deben cambiar y el prefiltro de aluminio trenzado, si lo hay, se debe lavar, cada vez que se active la alarma de filtro correspondiente.
Encargue los filtros nuevos a Swegon o a su representante más cercano. Indique el tipo de unidad GOLD, si el cambio afecta a uno o a los dos sentidos del caudal de aire y, si tiene que cambiar filtros estándar y/o también algún prefiltro (si lo hay).
4.1.1 Desmontaje de filtrosEs recomendable aprovechar para limpiar también el comparti-mento de los filtros.
Filtros estándar: Tire de las asas (A) para soltar los filtros del portafiltros. Saque los filtros.
Prefiltros posibles dentro de la unidad de tratamiento de aire: Saque los filtros.
4.1.2 Montaje de filtros nuevosFiltros estándar: Inserte los filtros en el portafiltros extendiendo bien las bolsas fil-trantes, si procede, para que no se enganchen, dañen o doblen.
Inserte los filtros tanto como se pueda en la unidad y presiónelos un poco contra los marcos para que queden bien encajados.
Empuje las asas (A) para enganchar los filtros en el portafiltros.
Cierre las puertas de inspección.
Para terminar, calibre los filtros de acuerdo con la Sección 2 del "Manual de funcionamiento, Usuarios".
Prefiltros de la UTA (si procede): Inserte los filtros tanto como pueda en los raíles guía de la unidad de tratamiento de aire y presiónelos un poco contra los marcos para que queden bien encajados.
Para terminar, calibre los filtros de acuerdo con la Sección 2 del "Manual de funcionamiento, Usuarios".

4.2 Limpieza e inspección
4.2.1 GeneralDurante la planificación y la instalación de la unidad de trata-miento de aire debe garantizarse el acceso para la limpieza. Puede que esto incluya, por ejemplo, la configuración de la unidad y el tendido de tuberías y cables.
Limpie el interior de la unidad de tratamiento de aire si es nece-sario. Revise la unidad de tratamiento de aire cuando cambie los filtros o dos veces al año como mínimo.
4.2.2 Compartimentos de filtrosEs recomendable limpiar la unidad al cambiar los filtros.
4.2.3 Intercambiadores de calorCompruebe al menos dos veces al año si es preciso efectuar una limpieza. La limpieza se puede realizar desde el compartimento de filtros.
Asegúrese de que las baterías no contengan aire. Si el intercam-biador lleva separador de gotas, desmóntelo y lávelo con agua.
La limpieza debe hacerse siempre contra la dirección normal del aire.
Puede utilizar aire comprimido, una aspiradora con una boquilla blanda o una solución de agua con producto desengrasante. Antes de empezar, cubra las secciones funcionales contiguas para protegerlas.
Si utiliza un disolvente de limpieza, asegúrese de que no sea corrosivo para el aluminio o el cobre. Le recomendamos que uti-lice el detergente Swegon. Puede adquirirlo a través del servicio técnico de Swegon.
Durante el proceso de limpieza, compruebe si es preciso purgar el aire, compruebe el contenido de glicol del agua y asegúrese de que la batería no tenga fugas. Compruebe también que el desagüe no esté obstruido.
4.2.4 Ventiladores y compartimentos de ventiladorRevise los rodetes de ventilador y, si es necesario, límpielos para eliminar los depósitos de suciedad.
Compruebe que los rodetes no estén desequilibrados.
Compruebe si los cojinetes hacen ruido.
Limpie con aspiradora los motores de ventilador o cepille sus superficies. También puede usar un paño humedecido en agua y detergente lavavajillas.
Si es necesario, limpie el compartimento de ventiladores.

5. Alarmas y solución de pro-blemas
5.1 IntroducciónLas alarmas se muestran en el terminal de mano mediante un piloto rojo intermitente.
Cuando el LED parpadee, acceda al registro de alarmas desde el panel de instrumentos; consulte la Sección 2.2.3 del "Manual de procedimientos operativos del terminal de mano IQnavigator".
Las alarmas activas, las alarmas pendientes y el historial de alar-mas (50 últimas) se pueden consultar en Registro de alarmas.
Puede resetear (eliminar) las alarmas de una en una o todas a la vez.
El tiempo de reset se puede consultar también en Historial.
Para solucionar el problema, revise la función o el componente funcional que indica el texto de la alarma.
Si no consigue solucionar el problema enseguida:Considere si la unidad de tratamiento de aire puede seguir funcionando mientras se soluciona el problema. Decida si puede bloquear la alarma o cambiar de parada a funcionamiento. Consulte la Sección 4.8.6 del "Manual de funcionamiento, Instalación".
5.1.1 Alarmas A y BLas alarmas A envían una notificación a la salida del relé de alarma A (módulo IQlogic+).
Las alarmas B envían una notificación a la salida del relé de alarma B (módulo IQlogic+).
Las alarmas se pueden reenviar con distintas prioridades a través de estos relés.
5.1.2 Eliminación de alarmasLas alarmas con reset manual se eliminan desde el terminal de mano. Seleccione Reset en el Registro de alarmas.
Las alarmas con reset automático se eliminan por sí solas tan pronto desaparece el fallo que las ha causado.
Las alarmas también se pueden eliminar a través de una red de comunicación (salvo la alarma de protección anticongelación).
5.1.3 Modificación de la prioridad de las alarmasConsulte la Sección 4.8.6 del "Manual de funcionamiento, Instalación".
4.4 GarantíaPara presentar una reclamación de garantía, debe redactar un in-forme de inspección de puesta a punto y funcionalidad comple-tamente documentado y firmado del producto y sus accesorios.
Los informes de inspección de puesta a punto y funcionalidad deben generarse de acuerdo con las instrucciones de las Seccio-nes 4.1, 4.2 y 4.3.
En las disposiciones de entrega aplicables al suministro se indican las condiciones generales con respecto a la responsabilidad de garantía.

The lower limit for the airflow when the unit is operating in the airflow regulation mode.
Recommended range for the design working point.
Permissible operating range when the fan is controlled to operate at a lower speed. If pressure regulation is used, the airflow can be regulated to zero, however this presupposes a certain static pressure drop in the ducting (approx. 50 Pa).
Permissible operating range in accordance with regulation 1253/2014Working point with the highest air flow shall be found within the permissible area. In case of unbalanced air flows; mean working point, supply extract shall be used. Working points with less air flow is allowed to be found outside the permissible range e.g. in case of variable air flow.
