Provides an opportunity for smaller or starting HR consulting practices to:
Obtain a set of instruments to enhance their practice Obtain those services at a fair cost Have some voice in the development of services Share in “profits” (patronage refunds)

The membership lasts as long as: Remain qualified for membership (ethical business practices, etc) Minimum level of participation is maintained

Can my membership be sold or passed to heirs?
