Call for PapersThe 4th IEEE Workshop on the Electronic Grid (eGrid
2019) will be held on November 11-14, 2019 in
Xiamen, P. R. China. This workshop is joint spons-
ored by IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS) and
IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES), hosted by
Tsinghua University, Global Energy Interconnection
Research Institute, State Grid Fujian Electric
Power Company and State Key Laboratory of
Advanced Power Transmission Technology. With
the increasing applications of power electronics in
power grid, the two independent areas are
integrated closer. eGrid provides an internation-
al forum for academics and industry in the f ie ld of
e lectronic gr id to exchange their latest
research ideas, progresses, developments, expe-
riences and achievements, state-of-the-art
technical trends and applications. The previous
eGrid has been held with great success in Hefei
China ( eT&D 2016 ), Aalborg Denmark ( eT&D 2017 ),
Charleston USA ( eGrid 2018 ). The conference
papers will be indexed by EI and included in IEEE
Xplorer.Xiamen is a well-known tourist port city in the
south- east coast of China. It is one of the Cleanest
Cities of China, the Garden Cities of China, the
National Environmental Protection Model Cities,
and the best sightseeing cities in China. The
conference will be held at Xiamen International
Conference & Exhibition Center.
