How to access Google Classroom on your iPads
Step 1:To set up correctly, begin by deleting your currently
downloaded Google classroom app.
Step 2:
Go to the App store
Step 3:
Search for ‘Google Classroom’.
Step 4:
Download Google Classroom on your device.
Step 5:
Once downloaded click on open.
Step 6:
Untick sign up for emails and then click
get started.
Step 7:If there are accounts already linked to the iPad these need to be deleted first, by clicking ‘manage accounts on
this device’
Step 8:
Click on ‘remove from this device’ then click ‘remove’. Do this for all the
accounts that you can see.
Step 9:
Once you see that there are no
accounts linked, then you can click on ‘add another account’
Step 10:
In the email box type your email account. Make sure you put
‘@education.nsw.gov.au’ after your username. Then click ‘Next’
Step 11:
It will then direct you to your DoE login account. Here type your username
(firstname.lastname) and password
(bps123). Then click ‘Log in’
Step 12:
Click ‘allow’ if you get a
notification popup.
Step 13:Find your classroom and click join. If you have joined already you will just click on
your class.
