Earning CommissionsAs an Independent Advocate, every time you personally create a Green Compass retail customer, you earn a 20% Commission Value in the form of a discount or rebate, paid weekly based on that product’s current assigned retail value. You can also earn up to 10% Enhanced Retail Commissions on your Personal Retail Sales (PRS) as monthly rebates for a total of up to 30% commission.

1ACTIVE: Maintain at least $150 Personal QV (PQV) in a month or, at your option, subscribe to a personal auto-ship order of $100 PQV each month.2QUALIFIED LEG: A Qualified leg is one in which there is at least $300 BV in total volume created by Customer and Advocate orders somewhere in the depth of that leg. 3TOTAL GROUP QUALIFICATION VALUE (TGQV): The total PQV created by you and all of your Advocate teams in the Sponsor genealogy calculated to infinite depth. 460% RULE: No more than 60%, as specified, of the TGQV (based on rank) required for qualification or maintenance can be counted from any one leg. 5Personal Retail Sales (PRS): The total combination of your customers, preferred customers purchases and purchases for personal or family use.6Bonus Value (BV): The value assigned to each Green Compass product for the purpose of calculating payment of bonuses — usually 80% of SRP but may be less for lower-margin products.
QUALIFICATION VALUE (QV): The value assigned to each sale for the purpose of tracking “Active” status, as well as rank promotion and maintenance requirements. QV is usually the same as BV, but may be
higher than BV, in some cases, such as the optional Fast Start Pack, described below.

Enroller BonusesYou can earn a special 6% BV Enroller Bonus monthly, based on personal BV created by every Preferred Customer and Advocate you personally enroll (your E1s), and the Advocates they enroll (your E2s) as long as you are Active during the qualifying month. This is in addition to the 4% Level Bonus described below.
Level BonusesAs an Active Advocate you will earn 4% of Bonus Value on sales by your Advocates or purchases by your directly enrolled PC placed at your Level 1. As you advance in rank, you can earn 4% BV “Level” Bonuses on up to 5 Levels in your Placement Sponsor Tree.

Master Personal Group Bonus, Generation Bonuses When you reach Master Director, you can receive a 2% up to 3% BV “Personal Group” Bonus on the sales of every Advocate in your Team, down to the next Master Director in any Leg of your team. Then qualify for up to 4 Generations of your downline Master team.
Check Match Bonuses When you advance to the rank of Master Director you will be eligible to begin receiving Enroller Check Match Bonuses ranging from 5% up to 20% of the total monthly bonus check earned by every Advocate that you have personally enrolled since joining Green Compass — as long as you personally achieve and maintain the minimum requirements for qualification as a Master Director or higher rank.
