❑ The proposal is a 6-lot short plat of a 1.8-acre property on the off of 148 Ave NE.
❑ The project will be daylighting and adding a fish passable culvert on the property to
address WDFW code violation.

Access Drive
• Access Driveway A (Min 20’) provides access for Lots 3-6
• Access Driveway B (Min. 14’) provides access for Lots 1-2
• Hammerhead at Driveway A will be provided.
• NE 74th St Section I between 148th Ave NE and east property line – 20’ pavement, safe walk path within the existing 30’ access easement and potential utility poles relocations outside pavement will be required.
• NE 74th St Section II within the Property – 30.5’ ROW dedication, 20’ pavement, vertical curb, 5’ planter and 5’ sidewalk on the north side, utility undergrounding, storm drain and streetlights will be required.
• All existing driveways will connect to new NE 74th St
