Global Maybank Apprentices will embark on a 2 years on-the-job rotation
programme within a sector of your choice.

MA’s programme will be ensured by the coach to be structured in order to align to the MA’s development needs and to those of the business.
MA’s learnings during all his / her attachments can be tracked.
Coach ensures that the Assignment Managers are briefed regarding their roles and get frequent feedback from them on the MA’s progress.
MA will be consistently given feedback on how he/she are performing by the coach. Focuses on ensuring the MA have specific tasks and skill development opportunities.

• Minimum qualification of Bachelor’s Degree

case competition to discover the brightest minds across
the world.
14 countries will be targeted for 2014 edition.
Challengers who enter the grand finals will be rewarded
with cash prize and fast pass to enter Global Maybank
Apprentice Program (GMAP), an exciting journey of career
development with Malaysia’s largest bank.

In 2013, 5,000 applications were successfully received from 10 countries around the world,
including United Kingdom, Vietnam, Thailand and China. 54 finalists were shortlisted for the
5 days Grand Finale which was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in August. Snapshots of the
