The Principals where Up-gradation Scheme sanctioned were requested tosubmit information to the AG Telangana as requested by him vide this officememo, dt.13.06.2017. Only few Polytechnics have submitted reply which is also notin a consolidated form. Hence, all the Principals are requested to attend the reviewmeeting as scheduled in the Annexure (enclosed) appended to this memo at Prof.Jayashankar Conference Hall, % CTE, Hyderabad along with the followingdocuments

1. Information requested by the AG2. Vetted copy of up-gradation scheme duly indicating equipment

procured/not procured.3. Latest UC, SOA, PPR and Bank interest statement under Up-gradation

scheme and UC, SOA and PAR and approved Operational Plans for theyear 2017-18 under CDTP, Scheme also.
