The next series of instructions are to guide you through managing your fundraising page. Through the
manage tools you are able to post updates and add offline donations (i.e.; checks that people may have
written to you that you are sending via mail to Camp).
Step 1: Visit: https://www.crowdrise.com/ and select “Log In” at the top, right hand side of the
page.
On the next page you will be prompted to enter your CrowdRise email and password
credentials. Once completed, you will be directed to the My Campaigns page.
Place your mouse over your campaign and select: Manage.

Step 2: On the manage screen of your fundraiser you will be able to send updates to your
supporters. When you post campaign updates it will send alerts to all donors via email. It will
also post on your team fundraising page for any visitors to see.
On the right hand side, you’ll also see an option to “Add Offline Donations”. This is where you
would manually enter any gifts that are not processed through CrowdRise’s platform.
Examples of these kinds of gifts include cash and check donations that you are sending
directly to Camp Korey via mail.
Step 3: Another helpful tool is the Reports functionality within CrowdRise. Reports are found
back on the My Campaigns page.

Step 4: After selecting reports, you will be taken to the Report Center. This is where you can
run a donation report. Donation reports are great for if you want to write handwritten notes to
your supporters to personally thank them.
