Genie Operator Training
Introduction
2
This training is designed to be
general in nature since it covers safe
operating procedures for all types of
Genie aerial platforms. It is
expected that operators will follow
established familiarization
procedures prior to operating aerial
platforms not specifically addressed
during this training.
This course consists of four key
areas of learning and proficiency
demonstration. We are going to talk
about Responsibility, Safety and
Operation and finish with Hands-on.
The most important thing we can
teach you today is to rely on the
appropriate operator's manual for
the aerial platform you are learning
to operate. It contains all of the
safety rules and operating
instructions you will need. We have
provided you an appropriate
Operator's Manual for your use
during the training and as a follow-up
