Locomotor Skills
• Motor skills where the body moves from one place to another.
Locomotor Examples
• Walking• Running• Hopping• Jumping • Skipping• Galloping
Non-Locomotor Skills
• Where your body parts are moving but you are in one spot not going anywhere.
Non-Locomotor Examples
• Stretching• Bending• Twisting• Turning
Manipulative Skills
• Motor skills involving an object.
