Shri D. A. Kadadi,
Secretary, Shri Sangameshwar Education Society, Solapur
From The Secretary's Desk
The meaning of the above vachana and the words"Kayakwe kailas" by the cosmic Kannada poet- philosopher Lord Basavanna
are the guiding lines for Shri Sangameshwar Education Society, Solapur. As a part of social commitment of the former patrons, the
Society is contributing towards the academic needs of the society. With the initiative of starting Sangameshwar Public School now we
have educational facilities from Pre-primary to Ph D. Recent recognition of linguistic Minority status to the Society is an added strength
to our sincere efforts. With the supporting stake holders we are taking every effort to provide quality education to cater to the diverse
demands of the society!!!
Do not steal, do not kill. Do not utter lies;
Do not lose your temper. Do not detest others;
Do not glorify yourself. Do no blame others.
This alone is purity within. This alone is purity without;
And this alone is the way to please our Lord Kudalasangama.
Sangameshwar College, established by the philanthropic patrons Late shri N. B. Kadadi and Late shri M. B. Kadadi is one of the
leading centres of learning in Solapur University. The visions of the patrons were realized by late Shri Megharaj M. Kadadi and late
Principal K. Bhogishayana (former Vice-Chancellor of Shivaji University) who took the institution to its greatest heights. The present
patrons chairperson Hon. Smt.H.M. Kadadi and Secretary Hon. Shri. D.A. Kadadi have continued the tradition of not compromising with
values and quality. The institution has gone for its full circle with the initiative of starting the public school from the academic year 2015-
2016.
Sustainable educational development is our identity. Sensitive to social problems, the institution has responded positively and
harnessed new programmes without harming the traditional courses. The quality culture of more than six decades has made this
institution one of the most sought after institutions by the aspirants. Our efforts for quality are strengthened by blooming and curious
minds of our students, sensitive and responsible parents, committed faculty and benevolent alumni. We are dreaming high to make our
service to society qualitative and fruitful. We expect stake holder support in the forthcoming III cycle of the institutional accreditation .
With warm regards,
From The Principal’s Desk
